What could be improved: Several pieces of furniture or equipment were broken, we had to fix it on the spot.
The A/C is only in the living room, which is not mentioned in the description of the property.
The parking is street parking and its very difficult as the street is uphill and very narrow and very packed.
Everything about the apartment was good. We met the host's representative on site and everything was explained about the apartment in which we spent 4 enjoyable nights. Facilities include lots of storage, a cooker, a fridge and freezer, tv, comfortable beds, bath and shower and all you would need, not to mention a sizeable balcony with fabulous views across the locality. The apartment is close to a number of restaurants and there is a supermarket close to the port at the foot of the hill on which the apartment stands. However, there is a significant number of steps (about 280) up to the apartment. We soon discovered that the local no. 3 bus stops close by but this runs in one direction only, so the journey from town takes about 25 minutes while towards town it is about 12 minutes or so.
Great location with stunning views over the harbour. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the apartment.
What could be improved: The property ticked all the boxes, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The apartment owner, Josip, was very welcome, he met us near the apartment, and provide all the helpful information about Dubrovnik. The apartment is equipped with all the needed stuff and appliances. The view from the balcony is absolutely lovely. Thank you so much, Josip.
What could be improved: Some things need to be fixed (nothing critical). The freezer is not closing firmly and the bathroom door needs to be fixed, but I am sure this will be fixed after the summer season, and next season this apartment will bring the greatest pleasure to new guests.

What could be improved: Steep downhill walk to the waterfront - we ended up getting a taxi when we needed to carry luggage. Without luggage, very walkable.

What could be improved: Location, the neighbourhood isn’t very lively. But easy to get Uber and taxi to the old town.
