Couples seem to absolutely love it here — and I get why. There’s something romantic about wandering these ancient streets and then having your own little retreat to come back to.

Your Home Base

The space itself feels more like staying at a Croatian grandmother’s house than a commercial property — and I mean that in the best possible way. Everything you need is there, from a functional kitchen to comfortable sleeping arrangements. The room has that authentic Dubrovnik character with stone walls and traditional touches, but it’s been updated enough that you’re not roughing it. Actually, the whole setup works perfectly if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the morning market and prepare your own meals sometimes.

Living Like a Local

Here’s what I really appreciated — you get to experience Dubrovnik the way it’s meant to be experienced. Instead of being shuttled around in tourist buses, you’re walking the same paths that people have used for centuries. The morning light filtering through the Old Town streets, the sound of church bells, the smell of coffee from nearby cafés — it all becomes part of your daily routine. You’ll find yourself taking different routes each time you head out, discovering little corners and viewpoints that most visitors miss entirely.

  Loved this place near the centre of the old town in a beautiful setting. Its a large apartment with plenty of space and comfort. The bed is great and the whole place was perfect for my stay. The owner, lovely bloke from the town and it was a great welcome with some locals beers etc. Really enjoyed my time.

Fabulous little duplex apartment with a bit more space than we were expecting. Be prepared to walk up and down a few steps to explore the town and reach the apartment – that's not a complaint, it's just the nature of the Old Town.
