You know what struck me first about Apartman Nono? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street in Lapad – Liechtensteinov put 5 – and honestly, I almost walked right past it because it blends so naturally into the neighborhood. But that’s actually the charm of this place. You’re staying where locals live, not in some touristy bubble, which means you get to experience Dubrovnik the way it’s meant to be experienced.

The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious – I mean, when you hear “apartman” you might think cramped European efficiency, but Nono’s got room to breathe. The owner clearly put thought into the details that matter: proper blackout curtains (trust me, you’ll appreciate this after a day walking Dubrovnik’s stone streets), a kitchen that’s actually equipped for more than just heating instant coffee, and – this is huge – reliable air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The whole place has this clean, modern feel without being sterile. And the Wi-Fi? Actually works, which isn’t always a given in this part of Croatia.

Location-wise, Lapad is brilliant if you want to avoid the cruise ship crowds that descend on the Old Town every morning. You’re about a 20-minute walk to the city walls – or there’s a bus that runs regularly if you’re not feeling the uphill trek back. But here’s the thing most people don’t realize: Lapad has its own little ecosystem. There’s a lovely promenade along the water where locals go for evening strolls, some genuinely good restaurants that don’t have tourist markup, and a small pebble beach that’s perfect for a morning swim before the day gets too hot. The area gets quiet at night – not dead quiet, but peaceful residential quiet, which means you’ll actually sleep well. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (the streets are narrow and spots fill up), but the owner seems to have good advice about where to find spaces. I stayed here in late September and the whole experience just felt… comfortable. Like staying at a friend’s place who happens to have excellent taste and knows how to make guests feel welcome without hovering. That 9.3 rating? Yeah, it’s earned.

  Lovely location – 20mins walk to old town
  Parking outside apartment
  Arrival drinks and chocolates – homemade sweet wine was a treat
  Apartment had everything needed for a one night stayover
  Hosts were lovely and very helpful especially with communication and sorting parking!
  
  What could be improved: Just a slight smell of cigarette in the air.
  Hot water in shower didn't last long enough for 3 of us, even with boiler switch on at all times.

  The apartment is easy to locate and in a nice area. The walk into the old town is very pretty and took about 20-25 mins. There is also a bus stop located around the corner which goes straight to the old town.
  
  The host was absolutely lovely. Her and her husband met us at the apartment to hand over the keys, even when our bus was delayed by an hour which was very kind. She even left us a couple gifts to enjoy while we stayed.
  
  The apartment is bigger than we realised from the photos which was a huge bonus. The bathroom is a little small but had everything you needed including toiletries and spare towels. The bed was comfortable and again there’s spare bedding should you need it. Was also a TV in the bedroom. The living space has a lovely dining table, sofa and desk equipped with TV. Kitchen had everything we needed, including all kitchenware and utensils with some coffee provided! There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer.
  
  Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Dubrovnik. It was great value for money.
  
  What could be improved: If I had to be critical of anything, the bathroom was a little small and the toilet seat needs securing – but this really wasn’t an issue.

  房子较为整洁，有单独的厨房，淋浴有隔断。房间餐桌有提供酒。位置不错，到Banje海滩和flixbus乘车点bolt打车不到10欧，到机场bolt打车22.9欧，三人以上人均十分划算。住宿附近有超市可以买水，营业到晚上十点。附近有家很棒的汉堡店，营业时间也到很晚，同行的人惊为天人，好像叫Jack's humberger，谷歌地图搜附近高评分应该就能搜到。房东十分友善，退房后可以短暂寄存行李。我们前一天晚上坐flixbus到杜城，第二天十一点退房后寄存行李玩了一天，下午五点多回来取了行李去机场。另外，如果看日出不要在附近看，会被岛挡住，可能要打车去viewpoint那边

  Un accueil très chaleureux avec de petites attentions très agréables. Une très grande disponibilité de nos hôtes.Un bel espace, du calme. La proximité d’une petite plage et 20 mn à pied du centre historique. Des commerces à proximité, restaurant bien et pas cher, boulangerie et supermarché… Parfait !
