Apartment 330
Look, I've stayed in a lot of places around Dubrovnik, and Apartment 330 is honestly one of those finds that makes you want to keep it secret.
Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Dubrovnik, and Apartment 330 is honestly one of those finds that makes you want to keep it secret. It’s tucked away on Ulica Bruna Bušića in Ploče – which, if you know the area, puts you in this perfect sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything but far enough from the tourist chaos that swallows up the Old Town during peak season.
The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there, you know? Not in a worn-out way, but in that comfortable, thoughtful way where everything just works. The 9.6 rating isn’t some inflated number – I mean, when you walk in and immediately think “yeah, I could actually relax here,” that’s when you know a place gets it right. The layout is smart too; they’ve maximized the space without making it feel cramped, and honestly, the natural light situation is pretty spectacular. You’ll catch these gorgeous glimpses of the Adriatic if you position yourself right by the windows, especially in the morning when the sun hits the water just so.
What really sold me on this place was the neighborhood vibe. Ploče has this residential feel that most visitors never experience – you’ll hear actual Croatian conversations drifting from nearby balconies instead of just tour groups, and there’s this little bakery about a three-minute walk away where the locals grab their morning coffee. The bus connections are solid if you want to venture out (the 1A line runs pretty regularly), but honestly, you can walk to most places you’d want to see. It takes maybe 15 minutes to reach Pile Gate on foot, and the route is actually pleasant – not like some of those exhausting uphill climbs you get stuck with in other parts of the city. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area, but the hosts seem to have that figured out with some local knowledge they’ll share when you check in. The building itself is quiet, which is huge if you’re trying to recover from those late nights exploring Dubrovnik’s restaurant scene. I barely heard my neighbors, and the street noise is minimal – just the occasional car and maybe some evening chatter, nothing that’ll keep you up. The whole setup just feels authentically Croatian rather than tourist-targeted, if that makes sense.

What Our Guests Say
great view, good location, kindly suggestions from Nina
The view is to die for, the balcony superb and the location is brilliant, just a short walk to Banje beach and along a bit further to the Old Town.
The apartment is spotless and ideal for a group of friends or a family. It's well equipped and the coffee machine and pods was a lovely bonus.
We made good use of the local shop and the fabulous Bikers bar, where drinks are a fraction of the price of the old town. It was also easy to find from the airport shuttle bus stop.
Like the majority of locations, there are stairs to negotiate but that's to be expected in Dubrovnik.
What could be improved: Having to leave.
Great location. Host was very helpful.
The view was fabulous. We had garage parking included. There was a small grocery store less than a 5 minute walk.
We were close to Banje Beach and a 10 minute walk to Old Town.
What could be improved: Nothing
Unbelievable views comfortable large wonderful support from Nina superb location
A few steps up to apartment -But worth every step!
What could be improved: Everything was great
Excellent location, high-end apartment, fantastic host.
What could be improved: There is nothing we didn't like.
Great location and super clean. The apartment is big and with stunning views of the sea and the old town. Lots of things provided in the kitchen. The host was very kind and nice. I would recommend to anyone who drive a car to Dubrovnik to stay in this apartment, because the parking garage is just practical! Walking to the old town and beach in about 10min, but some steps you have to climb.
The property was clean, spacious and with magnificent views of the old city, Lokram Island and Adriatic. A peaceful oasis out of the hustle and bustle of the old town.
What could be improved: N/A
Spacious apartment; clean; fully stocked kitchen; Nespresso coffee machine. We had great stay here; great memories made. View from the balcony is breathtaking. Nina the host was there to explain everything; easy to communicate. Around the corner there is a supermarket. 9min walk to old town. Banje beach is also closeby. I definitely recommend this place.
