  Great location, close to bus stop to old town, restaurants, supermarkets and beach
  
  What could be improved: A mirror above the dressing table in the bedroom would have been good.
  Also a folder with information about where to get the bus, recommended restaurants and days out would have been useful.

  Very clean, modern apartment with the bonus of parking under that building and a lift. There is a seaview (between the buildings in front) and it was nice to sit on the balcony. Restaurants nearby to walk to and a bus stop to take you into Dubrovnik. Good facilities in the kitchen for cooking.

  It's easy to take a bus to the old town, and there's a supermarket right nearby, so it's very convenient. The apartment facilities and space are spacious and comfortable, and are properly equipped with all the necessary things, including bathroom, laundry, and kitchenware.

  Apartment is new, clean and in a great location.
  The host, Alen, was very accommodating and responsive. It’s a short walk to the beach, close to bars, restaurants and a grocery store. Everything you need is in very close proximity. Great place to stay if you want to be outside the old town and enjoy the beach.

  Beautiful and comfortable apartment, good food around and close to the conference venue.
  
  What could be improved: There was a noisy generator from ongoing construction work outside the apartment running most of the night which really messed up my sleep for two out of three nights. Not sure if this was a temporary situation, but good to be aware.

  The apartment is well-ventilated and in a good area to live in. It is a good size. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. You can walk to the old town if you are up for it or take the bus.
  
  What could be improved: The host could be a little more attentive in providing some information about how some things work in the apartment. For example, he could point out that next to the bathroom light switch there is also a boiler switch, and if you turn it off, you will have no hot water! The idea that we got is that the host is not very interested in making your stay more comfortable, such as providing soap for bathing, or leaving a bottle of mineral water… Things that show kindness! We travel a lot and this is the first time that we have encountered a host who is so disinterested. It seems that profit comes first… Oh, the towels could be better, they are dirty and hard! Just a tip!
