  Everything was very easy, from collecting keys to departing. Location was superb.
  We enjoyed the ghostly hotels ruins of here and Kupari.
  
  What could be improved: You just need to be careful of leaving the main front entrance as its near blind bend otherwise all GOOD !

  Amazing location, you open your front door and the steps down to the beach are right infront of you. 5 minute walk to the old town filled with bars and restaurants. The host was lovely.

  – Great location, 2 min walk to Banje Beach & 10 mins walk to Old Town with a bakery, supermarket & market very close by
  – Adequate facilities & a comfortable stay

  What could be improved: – There is only 1 bathroom, even though it's stated there are 2 (the other one is a toilet) – Bathroom was very cramped & there wasn't always hot water (which was explained)

  Location is just perfect. Not in the hustle and bustle of the city center but very close to that. Right next to one of the best beaches in Dubrovnik. Adequate facilities and a comfort place to stay.
  
  What could be improved: I have a 13 month baby and unfortunately you never can force a baby at this age to sleep/wake up at a exact time. Based on house rules we needed to leave at 10 AM. Host arrived exactly at 10 started to make too much noise. I politely asked her to start cleaning from a different room than my kid is sleeping. Simply asked her 15min extra time or quiet time letting my baby to wake up normally. Unfortunately she rejected and woke up her with a loud noise. Our day was destroyed just because of she was not a bit flexible for 15min!

  Excellent location. Beach across the road with a few steps. Spacious apartment with good amenities. Attentive when we were delayed
  
  What could be improved: Cleanliness was poor. . Definitely needs a thorough clean. Very very dusty and surfaces all need to be attended to.
  . Noise from upstairs apartment was terrible!!! Sounded like furniture was being dragged across floor in the evening and throughout the night . Host spent an excessive time explaining unnecessary aspects such as cutlery trays ets and was rude to out little niece.
