You know what struck me first about Apartment Dubrovnik Euphoria? The address – Vatroslava Lisinskog is this quiet residential street that most tourists never find, but it’s actually brilliant positioning. I mean, you’re far enough from the Old Town crowds that you can actually sleep at night (trust me, those medieval stone walls echo every late-night reveler), but close enough that a fifteen-minute walk gets you to Pile Gate without breaking a sweat.

The apartment itself honestly exceeded what I expected from the photos. It’s one of those places where someone clearly thought about how people actually live and travel – there’s proper counter space in the kitchen, the shower has decent water pressure (rare in Dubrovnik, let me tell you), and the Wi-Fi actually works in every room. The owners have this attention to detail that you don’t always get with vacation rentals… like, there are enough outlets near the bed for your phone charger, and the curtains are thick enough to block out those bright Croatian summer mornings when you want to sleep in. The whole place feels fresh and well-maintained, which explains that 9.5 rating – it’s not just tourist hype.

What I really loved was the neighborhood vibe. You’ve got locals doing their morning coffee runs at the café around the corner, and there’s this little konoba (that’s a traditional tavern) about two blocks away where the fish is better than half the places in the touristy areas, and definitely cheaper. The location also means you can explore beyond the obvious stuff – Lapad Bay is walkable if you’re feeling energetic, and honestly, watching sunset from there beats fighting crowds on the city walls. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (July and August get pretty intense), but the owners were helpful with suggestions, and there’s street parking that locals know about. The apartment stays cool even in summer heat, probably because it’s not crammed between other buildings like some places in the Old Town. If you’re planning to cook – and the kitchen setup definitely encourages it – there’s a decent market about ten minutes away where you can get fresh produce and local wine without paying tourist prices. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re living in Dubrovnik rather than just visiting it.

  Great location, near the beach and not too far from the city. We had warm welcome and plenty of information about local attractions, restaurants and event around us. All thanks to Nikolina. The apartment was very tidy and nicely decorated.

  The apartment was Just like the pictures! It was in a quiet neighborhood but only 10 min taxi to the old town. It was a 10 min walk to copacabana beach (which was lovely) and a 7 min walk to the small market to get snacks. We loved having 2 bathrooms and a comfy space to relax after long days of swimming and walking around. The aircon worked perfectly and we were never hot. The host was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed! Communication was fast and reliable! We really enjoyed staying here!

  Absolute recommendation for this apartment!
  It is located in a perfect neighborhood, peaceful, quiet and full of Mediterranean vegetation… through the pink flowers you can see the cruiser sailing into the port of Dubrovnik.
  The apartment itself is comfortable and really nicely decorated. It is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, and it looks even better than in the photos. And, yes, you will appreciate a private parking in Dubrovnik…
  If your goal is swimming and sunbathing – you will need only a short walk to the beach.
  If you want to see the city – there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity, from where you will need only a short ride to the very historical heart of Dubrovnik.
  Although the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, you probably won't even need it – there are several restaurants nearby where you will surely find something for yourself.
  Nikolina is a great host, expect prompt and pleasant communication and welcome! Thank you, Nikolina, once again!
  However, the apartment has one drawback – it is usually booked weeks in advance, so you have to be very, very quick to book :))
