You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Ploče Gate – the eastern entrance to the old city – but far enough away that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. The two bedrooms are actually spacious (I mean, we’re talking European standards here, but genuinely comfortable), and whoever designed this place understood that travelers need real storage space and decent lighting. The kitchen has everything you’d actually use, not just the bare minimum that makes you want to eat out every meal.

What really sold me on this spot was how it captures that perfect Dubrovnik light – you know, that golden hour glow that makes every Instagram photo look professionally shot. The balcony faces southeast, so you get gorgeous morning sun without the brutal afternoon heat that bakes the western-facing places.
