  Beautiful renovated apartment! Absolutely stunning! Plus we had a huge patio deck and bbq. The shower was great and bathroom had a washer. Grocery store and bus (#4) (into old town) close by. We took the 3 island boat cruise that Ivan recommended and had a fun time. Ivan was an absolute INCREDIBLE host explained everything and gave recommendations for restaurants etc. We really enjoyed getting to know him 😊 The bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. Well equipped kitchen too.

  We had great time with two children. The host is really friendly. Everything you need was there for you during our stay. The apartment management is efficient. Location is great for the access to the beach, a few really good restaurants around you. Easy access to old town and assembly places of our various tours booked when we were there. Certainly we will come back again.

  Everything was like in photos. The property was nice and clean, spacious. we really liked it.

  Our host was very nice, explained everything and gave us some tips. We also asked him for the grill and he prepared it for us. The apartment is very nice and very well-equipped. Also, the location is perfect. You can get to the old town quickly by bus. We appreciated parking and the terrace. We enjoyed our stay.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because the map point is not correct and there is no sign "Helen". The bed in the bedroom was fine, but the couch wasn't very comfortable for sleeping.

  Be aware it's not in comfortable walking distance to Dubrovnik old town – getting an uber to old town was no problem (c.8-12 Euros)

  Schoon en mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien op een prima locatie, parkeerplaats en op loopafstand van het strand, leuke restaurants en terrassen met prachtig uitzicht. De oude stad ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten met bus of taxi.
  
  What could be improved: Het appartement heeft een sofa-bed in de woonkamer. Geschikt voor kinderen maar iets minder voor volwassenen (kinderen).

  Der Eigentümer Ivan hat uns an der Straße zu sich gewunken und uns dann alles ganz ausführlich und geduldig in dem Apartment gezeigt und uns wertolle Tipps für Dubrovnik gegeben. Zudem hat er uns jederzeit seine Hilfe angeboten ohne sich dabei aufzudrängen.
