You know what I love about Apartment Jasmina? It’s tucked away on Ulica Andrije Hebranga in this quieter pocket of Dubrovnik where you actually get to breathe a little. I mean, don’t get me wrong – you’re still close enough to all the action that you can hear the distant hum of tourists heading toward the Old Town, but honestly, after a long day of dodging cruise ship crowds on the Stradun, coming back to this street feels like finding a little oasis.
The apartment itself is solid – nothing fancy, but it’s got that lived-in Croatian charm that I actually prefer over those sterile hotel rooms. The owner, Jasmina (yeah, it’s actually her name), clearly knows what travelers need because there are thoughtful touches everywhere. The kitchen’s properly stocked if you want to grab some fresh fish from the morning market near Gruž port, and the bathroom has decent water pressure, which – let’s be real – isn’t always a given in this part of the world. The Wi-Fi actually works too, though I’ll admit I spent more time on the little balcony with my morning coffee watching the neighborhood wake up than I did online.
What really sold me on this place was the location insight you only get from staying somewhere that’s not in the thick of tourist central. You’re about a 15-minute walk to Pile Gate (the main entrance to the Old Town), but here’s the thing – you’ll discover these little shortcuts through residential streets that locals use, and suddenly you feel less like a tourist and more like someone who actually knows their way around. Plus, there’s this bakery about three blocks down that opens at 6 AM, and I swear their burek is better than anything you’ll find near the main attractions. The rating sits at 7.7, which feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on what matters: comfort, cleanliness, and that authentic Croatian hospitality that makes you feel welcome rather than just processed. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to explore more of Dubrovnik’s neighborhoods rather than just hitting the obvious spots.

Tuukka Apartment fulfilled all our needs. It was clean, had fridge, air condition and bathroom amenities. Apartment is close to ferry port and also it is easy to access old town by bus from the apartment. Host replied quickly to our questions and was kind enough to storage our luggage after checkout for some hours before our ferry departed.
What could be improved: -
Bad Apartment js close to the main bus station, air conditioner works well and really needed.
What could be improved: Apartment is really warm and stepping into the bedroom immediately is really weird.
Communication and cooperation with the host is almost impossible, totally not helpful.
We left private things in apartment and not able to provide them back.
Close to ferry terminal The apartment is modern and clean. The shower is very big. The kitchenette was handy. It is a short walk to the ferry terminal. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodated our late arrival.
What could be improved: The room is directly on a main street so it is very loud with cars and trucks. It is impossible to sleep in. The air conditioning was very weak.
Exceptional The apartment was really clean.
Good The location was great. Walking distance to the ferry port and bus terminal and the CBD. We were met by Jasmina on arrival. She spoke very good english and was very outgoing. The room was compact and clean. The kitchen had enough utensils to cook a meal. There were numerous supermarkets within walking distance plus a nice bakery. It's easy to catch a local bus to the Old Town. We caught bus number 6, got off at the Dubrovnik President Hotel,which is the last stop for that route. We followed the path to the beaches and that led us back into the CBD. The scenery was amazing. We caught a taxi from the bus station to the Jasmina and was charged 10 euro, ripped off again. It was an easy walk with our luggage down to the ferry port. Be mindful there are a lot of stairs everywhere.
What could be improved: The room was very warm as the afternoon sun is beaming in on the front glass door and wall. The air conditioner was working overtime.

Very good This studio offers good value for the price. The owner is responsive over WhatsApp, and the room is equipped with essential amenities, including a small stove, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. The room has a TV and air conditioner.
What could be improved: The room has a tiny shower. It has a TV and air conditioner. The bed's spring mattresses are just acceptable. It's important to note that room cleaning is not provided. The small shower can be a bit tricky to use due to a sharp column, and the hot water supply might not be sufficient for a full bath. Unfortunately, there are no windows, and the ground-floor location exposes the room to constant traffic noise and parked cars in front.
Beautiful and convenient, early check in. Highly recommend! This was the nicest room we stayed in on our Croatia tour. We loved the shower and the kitchen. It had absolutely everything we needed, even condiments. The room is near a major road but at night it became very quiet. We slept fantastically! The host met us at the door and showed us the room. Super quick and easy. Street level and no lugging suitcases up long stairways. Perfect accommodations. We highly recommend this stay!
Apartment Jasmina Dubrovnik Bed was really comfy, although the traffic was loud and noisy we got amazing sleep! Facilities and overall price for the stay was great value for the money. The owner was really friendly aswell as his son, helped with anything we needed or concerns.
What could be improved: Little boiler, so if you aren't extra quick or have the shower mid heat it will go freezing cold very quickly. But if I'm honest for the price and the room itself, what more do you expect?
