Here’s what I love about the location — you’re close enough to Dubrovnik’s Old Town that you can easily walk there (about 15 minutes), but far enough away that you escape the cruise ship chaos. The neighborhood feels authentically Croatian, with local cafes and small shops where you’ll actually hear more Croatian than English. And you know what’s brilliant? They have free private parking right on site. If you’ve ever tried to park in Dubrovnik during summer, you’ll understand why this is basically worth its weight in gold.
The rooms — well, they’re proper apartments really — feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. Host was excellent, fabulous communication, offered recommendations and help arranging trips should we want.
Could use the outdoor grill. Accommodation was spotless and overall exceeded expectations. Had a washing machine and parking spot.
Great location near the harbour and close to local shops and beaches.
What could be improved: For 5 people the boiler had barely enough hot water but it does heat up again quickly so it was fine.
The property is amazing, everything it was really clean and we were really impressed of the high standards of the house!

A wonderful place to stay. Very helpful host. Modernly arranged apartments are all you need. A wonderful terrace with the possibility of having a grill.
The property was in a very good location and kept very clean.
What could be improved: Getting into the parking was a bit of an issue and maybe could have provided with better shower gel and shampoo
Mario was extremely helpful and always available if we had any questions about checking in or out; he was also a great person to discuss different activities and trips.
The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Dubrovnik and was extremely clean and tidy. The old town was a sort ride away in a taxi and a local beach was just a 5 min walk.
What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike about this apartment.
Apartment was exactly as described. Exceptional ! Spotlessly clean and even better than expected. The location was excellent, within walking distance to beach and supermarket. The bustling town is within walking distance and is great for visitors to eat out and enjoy the local bars. A truly stunning destination.
Mario was an excellent host, nothing too much trouble and always checking if everything was ok with us. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and clearly loves his City. It is really magnificent. Make sure to take a trip to the islands on the boat tour. Dubrovnik Oldtown is outstanding. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks also to Vinka our landlady who stays in the apartment above.
Air-con, washing machine and dishwasher all working and very much needed !! There was a little supply of everything we needed to start our holiday and the supermarket is just down the street.

Great attention to detail, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, from dishwasher tablets to hair dryer, coffee and tea, plus biscuits on arrival. Good shower and comfortable beds. Fantastic location, walking distance from a lovely local beach and great restaurants and sea front bars. Vinca, the owner, and Mario managing it were both super helpful. Really nice terrace and bbq area.
