  First of all, the hosts are so nice. When we first arrived, we were told everything and there was welcome fruit and water. The location was great, with buses to the old town right outside the property and a supermarket right next door.
  Everything in the house was clean and well maintained, even better than the pictures! There was a jacuzzi, which was great to use. There is also a washer and dryer, and the host's attention to detail is evident in everything.
  I've travelled around Europe and stayed in many different places, but I've never stayed in a place this good for this price.

  Close to the Old Town, hot tub, bus station right next to the building. Host left us a bottle od wine and fruit as a welcome gift – we really appreciated that. Property manager Mateo was amazing, he provided us with a lot of useful information, had some recommendations for restourants and what to visit. There was a small issue with the hot tub but he handled that really quick. All in all 10/10.

  The property is accessible to public transports, restaurants & cafes, supermarkets, ATMs and the beaches. It is also close to the old town. The apartment itself is complete with all the appliances you would need in the kitchen if you are a family and would need to cook. By the way, the kids will enjoy the jacuzzi.
  
  What could be improved: There is no AC in the bedrooms but the AC in the living room is enough to reach the bedrooms.

  Hosts are amazing, they are very available and happy to help with preparation or any question while in Dubrovnik. The location of the apartment is perfect and the jacuzzi is definitely a plus.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is pretty dark, even during the day. The furniture was a bit old. I think another tenant smoked inside and the smell stayed. The kitchen had basic utensils.
