Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Apartment SunSet Dubrovnik FREE PARKING & WIFI” I thought it sounded a bit… well, like someone really wanted to cram everything into the title. But you know what? After staying there, I actually appreciate the straightforward approach because those two things – parking and wifi – are genuinely gold in Dubrovnik.

The place sits on Put Izvora, which is this quiet residential street that most tourists never discover. I mean, you’re still close enough to hear the distant hum of the Old Town (maybe a 15-minute walk down the hill), but far enough away that you won’t get woken up by groups of cruise ship passengers at 6 AM. The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that I really loved – not fancy, but everything works and it’s clean in that “someone’s grandmother would approve” kind of way. The sunset views from the terrace are honestly spectacular, especially in late afternoon when the light hits the Adriatic just right. I spent way too many evenings out there with a bottle of local wine from the Konzum down the street, watching the sky turn all these impossible shades of orange and pink.

What really sets this place apart though is how it solves the two biggest headaches of visiting Dubrovnik. First, that free parking – and I cannot stress this enough – is a game changer. Finding a parking spot in Dubrovnik during summer is basically a contact sport, and paying for hotel parking can easily run you 20+ euros a day. Here, you just… park. Done. Second, the wifi actually works, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places in Croatia still struggle with this. I was able to video call home without any issues, and honestly spent a rainy afternoon catching up on work from the little dining table by the window. The host was super responsive too – I had a question about local bus schedules and got a detailed answer within like twenty minutes, complete with recommendations for which beaches to hit if I didn’t want to rent a car. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you stay here because it’s one of those places that just… works. It’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it nails all the things that actually matter when you’re exploring a city like Dubrovnik. Plus, there’s something nice about staying in a real neighborhood where you can grab breakfast at the local café and feel like you’re getting a glimpse of how people actually live here, not just the tourist bubble.

  We were well received by the hosts who allowed us to drop our bags before check-in time. They gave helpful tips over whatsapp concerning places to go and busses to the center of dubrovnik. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver at 35+ degrees. Thank you for the comfortable stay <3

  Vesna was a gem! She helped me get some birthday supplies to surprise my partner. When I asked for her help in booking a restaurant for her birthday, I think she might have used her charm to get us the best seat in the house looking out over the old town!

  L’appartement est situé à 15mn en bus de Dubrovnik, proche d’un canal, ce qui permet de retrouver du calme et un peu de fraîcheur après l’effervescence et la chaleur de la ville. L’accueil des hôtes est chaleureux.

  La propriétaire est très sympathique et réactive lorsqu’on lui demande quelque chose.
  L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et bien situé (5 à 10 minutes à pied d’un arrêt de bus qui vous mène au centre ville en 15-20 minutes et au terminal de bus en 8 minutes).
  Le prix est très correct pour Dubrovnik en pleine saison.

  Vesna a été très accueillante et toujours prête à vous aider pour des conseils de visite ou autre si vous avez besoin.
  L’appartement est à quelques pas de l’arrêt de bus pour aller visiter Dubrovnik. Pas besoin de se préoccuper de savoir où garer la voiture alors c’est parfait. Le trajet en bus dure seulement 15 à 20 min avec des bus très fréquents.
  L’appartement avec terrasse est très agréable et idéal pour un séjour.
