Aivan erinomaisessa kunnossa oleva, tilava huoneisto. Erittäin siisti, hiljan täysin remontoitu. Hyvä varustustaso, jopa kahvia kaapissa valmiina! Sijainti sopivan matkan päässä kaikesta, kaupat, ravintolat, ranta ym. tarvittava lähellä.
The apartment was in good location. Near by is a bus stop and in 5-6 min you may get to Old Town.
The area was quite, street not bussy.
I liked very much garden and a chair and table in it (for my morning coffee). The apartment has many nice details (pictures on the walls), bright colors, it was overall clean and all rooms (apart from bathroom) have enough space.
What could be improved: The sofa in living room (kitchen is a part of living room) had strange dusty smell that transfered to bag and clothes and on anything that I put on the sofa. Same smell was in the curtains in that room. However, that is not the main reason for my partly dissatisfaction.
The bathroom is the weakest point of this apartment. It is completely disfunctional. The door won't open properly, you have to enter sideways and then you hit either sink or dor knob. There is not enough space in bathroom - if you bent to wash your face you will hit shower glass with your back. You cannot sit properly on toilet because shower is just in fron of and your knees hit the shower. There was not enough space for cosmetics. If you do your face care and body care in the bathroom - I do not think this bathroom will work for you.
The water pressure is very low. I have a long, thick hair it was difficult to wash it. The shower was a bit moldy and not adjustable. There is no pipe in the shower, just a fix and removable shower head.
Très beau logement en RDC surélevé et sécurisé. Le parking indispensable à Dubrovnik. Plusieurs restaurants, supérettes et stations de bus à proximité dans la rue. Le kit d'entretien fourni ( éponge, liquide vaisselle, torchon) pratique quand on arrive en avion.
What could be improved: Difficulté à joindre la gérante en arrivant (répondeur).Un peu stressant quand on arrive de n'avoir reçu aucune information au préalable pour rentrer dans le logement. S''est réglé en appelant ensuite le propriétaire. Salle de bain un peu étroite.

Très bel appartement moderne et décoré avec goût. Climatisation dans les chambres et pièce principale au top. Dommage que la terrasse soit si petite. Proximité centre ville👌
What could be improved: Attendre l'arrivée de Martina + 20mn devant la porte, alors qu'il y a une boîte à clés 🤔.
Nous avons passé 3 nuits.
Pas d'équipements pour le sol (balais, serpillière...) malgré notre demande.

What could be improved: The bathroom could have been cleaned better.
The location was excellent.
The location was good, a short uber ride to old town, parking was off the street and the apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. A washing machine was a plus. 7 minute walk to grocery store ( but beware of all the stairs, since the city is on slopes).
What could be improved: The floors weren't very clean, behind the bathroom sink there was hair from someone shaving, the shower has a weird configuration and also leaks under the bottom seals, so the floor is going to be wet. One night the shower started dripping noisily around 3 am. There was no trash can in the bathroom, and some trash was left behind (empty laundry detergent box and some half used samples of lotions).. only was provided 1 trash bag (for the can in kitchen).
very clean apartment, the host was very friendly and she came around and personally showed everything in the apartment. the location is also good, a very quick ride to old town.
What could be improved: The air conditioner in the small room was not working properly.
