The building itself blends seamlessly with the medieval architecture around it, but once you’re inside, you’ll find all the modern comforts you’d expect from an upscale accommodation. I was honestly surprised by how spacious the apartments feel, especially considering you’re literally in the heart of one of Europe’s most compact historic centers.
You know what’s remarkable about staying here? You can roll out of bed and be at Stradun, Dubrovnik’s main pedestrian street, in about two minutes on foot. The famous city walls are practically next door, and I mean that — you’ll hear the gentle murmur of tourists walking the ramparts during the day, but it’s never intrusive. Couples seem to particularly love this spot (they rate the location 9.7 out of 10), and I can see why. There’s something incredibly romantic about having your morning coffee on a balcony overlooking centuries-old rooftops, then stepping out to explore without dealing with any tourist buses or parking hassles.
What sets Apartments Giron apart from typical hotel rooms is the genuine apartment feel — you get a proper kitchen, separate living areas, and enough space to actually unpack and settle in. It was located in an excellent position in the old town and could be accessed with our cases with only one or two steps. The host took the cases up the stairs inside the building for us.
What could be improved: The bar below was a little noisy on one of the nights but on balance the location was so worth it!
The hosts were very friendly, helpful and informative.The accommodation was very nice, was very clean and the location was central in Dubrovnik.

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment was large and clean. But best of all was our host, Gasper! He arranged a car to pick us up and he met us when we arrived. He carried our luggage and told us everything we should do. The friendliest man ever!

Had a perfect stay in Apartment Giron. Its located in the heart of Old Town, with easy access to Stradun and other places of interest. Gasper and Dino are great hosts, connected right before I landed for clear directions to the Apartment. Gasper explained about the city and exploring options. The room was very nice, clean with a kitchen if one wants to use. Don’t need to climb stairs to get to the apartment which is close to the Pile Gate. Bar next door but late night noise didn’t bother me much.Many restaurants nearby to choose from.Hosts were accomodating for a late check out and luggage storage on the last day since my flight was late. Overall, an amazing and comfortable experience and highly recommend Giron Apartments.
Great location in the Old Town. Host were very helpful, we had one small problem with the bathroom and it was sorted within an hour.

Apartment was modern and clean. Communication with Gasper and Dion was excellent and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Gasper was very friendly and informative on our ride to and from the airport. Right in the centre of old town. Can enter and get to room without climbing all the stairs. Definitely recommend.
