Great location. Very friendly owner. Great communication before and throughout the stay. Very clean with everything you need for a self catering stay. Would highly recommend.
The apartment was clean, comfortable & spacious. It was conveniently located close to a supermarket, bus route & bars & restaurants. The Old Town was not too far away, within walking distance when it's not too hot (uphill walk). I appreciated the pick-up & and drop-off service to & from the airport. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there, including an ironing board & washing machine. The a/c was very welcome on the very hot days. Niko & his daughter Marta were great at responding before & during my stay.
What could be improved: No negative points, just a suggestion. It would be helpful if there was a local map & suggestions of which buses to catch to the Old Town or nearby beaches, especially for first- time visitors.

Nice and cozy apartment which is well equipped with everything. Location is very convenient just 15 min walking from old town. Supermarket right across the apartment.
What could be improved: It is in an inner street and a bit difficult to find by car.
The apartment is very nice, clean and pleasant, exactly as in the photos. The owner and his daughter are nice and accommodating, they can also arrange a transfer from the airport as needed as well as anything else. You can buy everything you need in a circle of a few meters literally - there are several supermarkets, drugstores and also 3 large shopping centers (we had a little rainy weather and it went well for us). There is also no shortage of cafes, restaurants and pastry shops. There is even an indoor municipal swimming pool accross the street. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and you should definitely walk around the Lapad peninsula, see the surroundings from a boat trip, and take the cable car up to Srđ hill and see the city panorama from there. The prices are quite high, but you probably already know that :)
The apartment had the perfect location. It is exactly as in the pictures. It was clean and everything was well arranged. Our host Niko was super responsive and also gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and the facilities. He was also kind enough to allow us to check out a bit late as we had an evening flight.

New, modern apartment, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. Spacious bathroom (with washing machine), big living area with balcony and separate bedroom. Nice grocery store 60 m away. Roughly halfway between the port/bus station and old town (20-30 min each) Niko was very responsive—can definitely recommend. Would definitely stay there again!
