When I first pulled up to this 4-star spot in Dubrovnik, I wasn’t blown away by the exterior or anything, but honestly? That ended up being part of its charm. It sits quietly in the residential part of the city, away from the tourist circus that can make the Old Town feel like a theme park during peak season.
The apartments themselves are actually pretty solid – I mean, you’re getting proper space here, not some cramped hotel room where you’re tripping over your suitcase. The kitchenette was way more functional than I expected, which came in handy since eating out in Dubrovnik every meal will absolutely destroy your budget. What really won me over was the little balcony situation – nothing fancy, but you can sit there with your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up. There’s something oddly satisfying about seeing local kids heading to school while you’re still in vacation mode. The 7.6 rating makes sense once you settle in; it’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable and real. The air conditioning actually works (not always a given in Croatia), and the Wi-Fi didn’t make me want to throw my laptop out the window.
Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: the location is actually brilliant if you know how to work it. You’re about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town walls, which sounds far until you realize you’re avoiding the absolutely insane crowds that swarm the places right in the center. Plus, there’s this little bakery around the corner – I never caught the name, but the woman there makes these pastries that are better than anything you’ll find in the tourist zone for half the price. The bus stop is maybe 3 minutes away, so getting around is easy enough. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to Dubrovnik), but the host was helpful with suggestions. One thing though – if you’re the type who needs to stumble back to your room after a night out, the walk might feel longer than it is. But honestly, the trade-off of having a quiet place to actually sleep while still being connected to everything? Totally worth it. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned because it just feels… normal. In a good way.

Apartamento para estar de paso una o dos noches, para cuatro personas más tiempo sería incómodo. Aire acondicionado solo en el salón. Caro! Pero como todo en esta ciudad.

Struttura pulita con parcheggio. Posizione un po’ scomoda al centro ma rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta

The hostess was super friendly and helpful. There was free parking outside the property.
What could be improved: We are demanded to pay 30€ for our dog after our departure (for 2 nights). The cost to use the washing machine was 15€. Every ware we stayed there both free.
