It’s tucked away on Ulica Petra Zoranića in Lapad – and I mean actually tucked away, not just marketing-speak hidden. You’re on the second floor of this quiet residential street, which means you get that authentic Croatian neighborhood vibe without the Old Town tourist chaos that can drive you absolutely mad by day three.
The thing about Lapad is that most tourists zip right past it to get to the ancient walls and Game of Thrones spots, but locals know this peninsula is where you actually want to be staying. You’re maybe a 15-minute bus ride from Pile Gate – the buses run constantly, by the way – but you can also walk down to Lapad Bay in about five minutes for a proper swim without fighting for towel space. The apartments themselves feel like someone’s well-loved family place rather than a sterile rental unit, you know? I actually found myself making coffee in the morning and just sitting by the window watching the neighborhood wake up, which isn’t something I usually do when I’m rushing around trying to tick off tourist boxes.
What really sold me on this place was the small stuff that matters when you’re actually living somewhere for a week. The Wi-Fi works everywhere (I tested it – force of habit), the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough counter space in the kitchen that you can actually cook if you want to save money or just eat something that isn’t tourist-menu seafood risotto. The beds are comfortable enough that I wasn’t counting down until checkout, and the whole place stays surprisingly quiet even though you’re in the middle of a residential area. I mean, you’ll hear some neighborhood sounds – dogs barking, kids playing in the courtyard – but it’s that pleasant background hum of real life, not construction noise at 6 AM or drunk tourists stumbling home. The host clearly knows what they’re doing too; check-in was smooth, they actually responded to messages, and there were those little touches like decent coffee in the kitchen and extra towels without having to ask. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can swing it, which honestly says everything you need to know about whether it’s worth booking.

Ivana was a fabulous host, friendly and efficient with great communication. Great location with an easy walk to beach and restaurants/bars. An easy Uber ride to the old town. Apartment was clean and beautifully presented.
What could be improved: We were disappointed that there was no seaview.

Very spacious modern apartment with lots of amenities, all needs taken care of. Quiet street and very comfortable sofa bed that was very easy to store away. Very good communication with the owner, always responsive and fast at sorting any questions. Very relaxing stay.
The apartment is new and modern. The bathroom, kitchen and the living areas are amazing. The sofa bed is big and suits my daughter's needs. Love the shower.

Ivana met us to personally welcome us even though we were checking-in around midnight! We super appreciated the gesture. The apartment itself was very spacious, very clean and extremely modern, in an extremely good and safe neighbourhood. Location wise it was great - there was a supermarket nearby en-route to public transportation. All the fixtures, furnishings and appointments with the apartment was top top notch. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

This is a modern,stylish brand new condominium apartment in a great location. Apartment is extremely well equipped. All utensils salt , pepper olive oil and all utensils.
All appliances including washing machine, comfortable beds, terrace with nice outdoor furniture. 5 min walk to; Lapad Beach,supermarket and Lapad promenade with shops and restaurants along the waterside. 7 euro Uber ride to old town and ferry port.
Location couldn’t be better. If you stay in or near the old town it is a zoo. This is close enough yet just a few minutes away to enjoy all that Dubrovnik has to offer and yet have a relaxing stay. The building even has an elevator and great AC. The host is attentive and helpful at all times.

What truly impressed me was the level of equipment and amenities available. Everything one might need during a stay was provided, and then some. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped; I found every utensil and appliance I could think of, making cooking and dining in a joy. The seamless Wi-Fi connectivity and a smart TV ensured I could stay connected and entertained.
One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing host. She was not only patient and readily available but also incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel truly at home.
Location-wise, this apartment is a gem. A quick and affordable Uber ride took me to the city center, offering convenience and accessibility to all the major attractions. Alternatively, a leisurely 45-minute walk through the charming neighborhood unveiled even more of the city's beauty.
Being near a lovely beach and a selection of delightful restaurants was another major plus. Additionally, having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient for picking up essentials and enjoying some home-cooked meals.
Overall, my stay at this apartment was an absolute delight. The combination of its modernity, cleanliness, excellent location, and thoughtful amenities, coupled with the exceptional hosting, made for an outstanding experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future visits, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation in the area.
