Here’s what the guidebooks don’t tell you — staying right on this promenade means you’re perfectly positioned for both the beach life and exploring the old town. You can walk to Dubrovnik’s famous walls in about fifteen minutes, but you’re far enough away that you escape the cruise ship crowds that flood the main tourist areas during the day. There’s a small rocky beach practically at your doorstep, and locals use it too, which always feels like a good sign. Plus, you’ve got easy access to some excellent seafood spots that aren’t completely overrun with tourists.

  Host left good instructions for check in and check out, and the keys were in a convenient location. Villa is beautiful, and in a wonderful location. Great value for money.
  
  What could be improved: The floors were a bit dirty, they needed to be swept and mopped, but it wasn't too bad.
  The bed in the front bedroom has an old mattress, you could feel the springs.
  It would be nice if there was a bedside table and lamp on both sides of the bed.

  La ubicación es excelente y se corresponde totalmente con lo publicitado. El aire acondicionado da de sobra para salón y las dos habitaciones. El patio de la Villa es excepcional y los anfitriones son muy atentos y resolutivos.

  The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the sea and 3 minutes to public transportation, making it incredibly convenient. The house was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, which is essential for a family stay.

  What could be improved: The cleanliness could have been improved, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of mosquito nets on the windows made it difficult to keep them open.
  There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but there is one in the living room, which made the situation manageable as long as the bedroom doors were kept open

  What could be improved: Renovated but still places where you can feel it’s old (bathroom smell when ventilation not on, wooden floor in rooms needs some love etc, but nothing major that affected the overall comfort and feel good 🙂
  Small complaint about lack of light during night on the stairs outside (relies on street lights that are far and main entrance light (not used as new entrance created after renovation). Probably will be fixed soon.

  Property was fantastic location close to shops and the main strip with the bars and Resturants and Sunset Beach. The main prom walk to the Cave Bar was our favourite for the most fantastic sunsets.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed in an extremely hot period there is only one aircon in the main lounge none in the bedrooms – the host kindly helped with two fans that were greatly needed and received. The small amusement park opposite the property gets busy in the evening there is a constant noise level till late which is to be expected due to the central location.

  Wonderful, stilish villa in perfect location. Close to the Beach, beautiful promenade, restaurants, the best place to stay in Dubrovnik! Short drive to the old Town (6 euro by Uber). Very comfortable beds, nice Garden to have breakfast and evening chill. Nice and helpful host. Villa gives you privacy you need during holiday. Our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: Could be a little noisy in the Garden in the evening as the location is in the middle of promenade, but it did not bother us at all. There is perfect silence in the house, nothing bother from the outside.
