  Very clean and good views from the small balcony.

  The host meet me personally to hand me the keys, and take his time to explain things that I need to know about the place and how to maintain the apartment, which was appreciated.

  Beautiful apartment – very modern and clean. Loved the blue and white decor. Liked the balcony with a distant view of the sea on the side. Good lighting. Lots of outlets in good locations. Kitchen met all needs. Separate, quiet air conditioners in each room. Great location – 10 minutes walk from Pile Gate. Uphill with stairs to come back but you can pick up an Uber in 2 minutes in each direction for about 7 euros and be left off directly in front. There are many apts in the area that can only be accessed by many stairs. We left the car in the free parking spot and either walked or used Uber back and forth. Maro met us with the keys, showed us everything in the apartment and gave advice on restaurants, how to get to the old city and what to see. Would definitely stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment itself is up a flight and half of stairs (no lift), but Maro helped carry our luggage up, which was most helpful since my husband had hurt his back shortly before our trip. Without luggage, the stairs are no issue at all.

  We really liked our stay in Apartment Ani, everything was spacious, and super clean. Very well equipped, tastefully decorated apartment, even for longer stays and the parking spot is a good option in Dubrovnik. In walking distance from the old town, opposite the house is a delicious bakery, and nearby a small Studenac. Our host Maro was kind and helpfull, he gave us some good tips about the area.

  Location, room, nearby bakery and small grocery store. Not so far from Old Town attractions. Check-in was easy and information good. Air condition excellent for summertime stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.
  
  What could be improved: If you are travelling with small children there are lots of hills and stairs for strollers. Plan your walks ahead (or use uber as we did) and buy plenty of drinks and snacks for small ones. 🙂
