  I loved absolutely everything about the property, the location was fantastic, the views from the window were amazing and I’d 110% stay here again. The locals in Lapad were very polite and welcoming and it felt like home. The owner was in touch with me every step of the way and checking up on me to make sure everything was okay.

  What could be improved: The two single beds pushed together as a double, they easily fell apart. Which was kind of annoying, everything else was perfect. I would warn people that the location is lovely, but requires walking up and down a lot of steps ( 3 sets ) to get to the promenade , beach, etc. unless you taxi or Uber.

  Lovely apartment with everything we needed for our week stay. Great location slightly out of the old town but very easy to travel by taxi to the old town. Very helpful host answered all our questions before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet but very accessible area with amazing restaurants and beaches a short walk away.

  The balcony and its view was absolutely amazing. The location and area is nice. There were some nice books to read during your vacation. We offered a nice bottle of local wine as a welcome drink. Also shampoo and conditioner was provided.
  
  What could be improved: The entrance corridors smells like stale cigarette! It made me vomit two times! It was really bad.
  The studio was somehow clean but could have been much better. The bathroom set was very dirty! The shower was covered with black mold that was a bit disgusting.
  Some items like the sofa was not only dirty but also started to worn out. Inside the washing machine was dirty so we decided not to use it to protect our health. Dishwasher was also not perfectly cleaned. It needed a thorough cleaning with ani calc materials.

  Comment ne pas citer la vue qui est absolument incroyable, avec à proximité des criques au calme de la plage. Daniela et Liam sont adorables, aux petits soins et de bons conseils.
  L’appartement est très confortable, très bien agencé, on s’y sens tout de suite bien. En plus, un parking couvert et sécurisé pour la voiture. Vraiment le top !!

  Ovaj apartman je divota. Ljubazna i nenametljiva domaćica Daniela nam je dala nekoliko veoma korisnih savjeta o gradu, mjestima za posjetiti i povoljnim restoranima. Čak je bila toliko draga da nam je dozvolila kasniji check out krajem dana. U apartmanu je sve što bi netko mogao zatrebati ili poželjeti. Moderno namješten sa tosterom, mikrovalnom i aparatom za kavu u kuhinji. Dočekala nas je i boca odličnog vina kao znak dobrodošlice, ugodno iznenađenje je bila i besplatna mogućnost gledanja Netflixa i HBO-a. Ukoliko vas u Dubrovniku kojim slučajem zatekne loše vrijeme, u stanu imate sve moguće zanimacije, od gomile knjiga do društvenih igara kao što su Scrabble i Pursuit. A ono najljepše je svakako pogled iz sobe na plažu, uvalu, brodove te grad i Srđ. Neprocjenjivo i jednako lijepo i danju i noću. Zaista smo se osjećali lijepo ugošćenima i uživali smo u svakom danu. Preporučili bismo ovaj apartman svakome i voljeli bismo se vratiti jednog dana ponovo na ovo divno mjesto.

  Bequemes Bett und gute Kopfkissen, geräumig, schön eingerichtet, Balkon mit schönem Blick (nur das Dach vom gegenüberliegenden Hotel war nicht so schön).
  
  What could be improved: Der Druck in der Dusche war leider sehr schlecht. Bei Regen muss man die Schiebetüren vom Balkon zumachen, sonst regnet es herein. Allerdings gab es dann in der Wohnung kein Tageslicht mehr (es waren sonst keine Fenster vorhanden). Manchen Stellen in der Wohnung sehen mittlerweile etwas abgenutzt aus (Kühlschranktür, Sofa).
