You’re far enough from the Old Town crowds to breathe a little, but close enough that a quick bus ride gets you there in about 15 minutes. The location score of 9.5 isn’t just marketing fluff; I could walk to Lapad Bay in maybe five minutes, and there’s this lovely promenade that’s perfect for evening strolls. Plus, couples really do seem to gravitate here — I noticed quite a few romantic dinners happening at the nearby waterfront restaurants.

What struck me most was how thoughtfully designed everything felt. The room (well, it’s really more of a studio setup) maximizes every inch without feeling cramped, and whoever furnished this place actually has taste. The kitchen area is compact but functional — I made coffee every morning and even managed a simple breakfast without any issues.
