  Beautiful room, great location in the old town.
  
  What could be improved: Ground floor room was a bit dark.
  I arrived on a very stormy and cold December day, I would have appreciated it if they had turned the heating on (a/c unit) before my arrival. The room was too cold.

  The best thing was the location, everything around the corner. Beds were comfortable even though two of us slept on a reclining sofa. Whoever I was in contact with via WhatsApp was nice.
  
  What could be improved: Our studio was on the 4th floor and the space in front of the studio was a big mess. Breakfast is delivered in a bag to your door. First morning we didnt get any, apparently there was an error in their system and we are supposed to get a refund. The next day we did get a bag with some bread, ham, kefir, butter, cheese, oranges, they probably went shopping before. There was 4 of us and they only left 2 coffee capsules in the studio and with no instructions where to find it. I usually dont go all over the place to look for them. The next day I ordered some capsules and had to remind them to bring it.
  The drain in the bathroom was leaking when we got there, fortunately, it got fixed the next day. It is December and it was very cold in the studio when we got there and it took quite a while to warm the place up.

  The property was great. I think there should be a note (if there was one I missed it ) that you have to carry your suitcase up several flights upstairs to get to the apartment.
