Jelka's hospitality is enormous. She went the extra mile and little further to make sure we had a great holiday. The apartment was very nice and clean, with all facilities present. Situated at short strawl from restaurants and the beach. Bus to the old town takes about 15 minutes with busstop 5 minutes walk from the appartement.
Labai gražus butas su visa buitine technika, indaplove, skalbimo mašina , ir visais būtiniausiais indais. Taip pat yra terasa, kurioje smagu valgyti pusryčius arba pavakaroti. Miegamajame labai patogios lovos. Kai atvykome mus pasitiko šeimininkė Lele , ji pavaišino blyneliais ir šaltais gėrimais, sultys, alus , vanduo :). Virtuvėje viskas buvo maisto ruošimui : druska, alyvuogių aliejus, prieskoniai, balzamiko actas. Lele mums suteikė daug išsamios informacijos apie viešnagę, kur autobusų sustojimas, kokias salas aplankyti ir t.t. Prie pat namų yra parduotuvė ir restoranas, tolėliau prekybos centras. Viskas vietoje. Autobusų sustojimas vos 5 min. Mums išvykstant suorganizavo transportą į oro uostą. Tokios paslaugios šeimininkės nebuvome sutikę, ačiū Jums :) Rekomenduoju šią vietą :)

Simpatia e hospitalidade da proprietária. A localização é excelente, zona calma, perto de praia e com transportes públicos ao pé.
Property has a good place and you shouldn’t worry about climb up and down. It has a shop in 15 meters. Also, bus station close to the apartment.
The host Lele was wonderful and we thank her for her hospitality! She organised an Uber for us from the airport and met us with home-made pancakes and then made extra again as my children ate them all! The property is on Lapad, a 2 minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to the Old Town. A lovely restaurant is next door and the local supermarket a 5 minute walk away.
She supplied us with beach towels so that we didn’t need to use our own.
The property was very clean and spacious. Cold water supplied in the fridge with condiments in the kitchen so that we did not have to buy our own. Beds weee comfortable and bathroom and laundry were quite modern. An excellent place to stay - highly recommend!

September is a beautiful time to be in Dubrovnik! It’s pretty mild , the weather is pleasant and sunny , less crowded because most of the Summer tourists have left.. We’d enjoyable and relaxing family time with a peaceful , romantic charm to the city . Great location: close to the beaches, close to the port , close to the Old Town . Variety of restaurants and food, grocery stores , excursions .

The host came and met us outside of the apartment building with a bright happy smile 😁, she made us homemade plum jam pancakes and let us sample some local made ginger brandy which was amazing. We couldn’t of asked for a better stay in Dubrovnik and it was made 100x better due to our host lele. She went above and beyond for us as it was our first time here in Dubrovnik, showed us all the best spots for food and drink plus all relevant information about trips/prices of things to do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

Best host ever. Lele greeted us warmly, showed us the apartment and even left us some home made cake and some beer and water in the fridge. The apartment had everything you needed along with a lovely large terrace which even had a little BBQ. The location was 10/10. Short stroll from the main road of lapad where you could also get the bus to the old town. Uber was only €5 also into old town. Very quiet and walking distance to multiple beaches and shops. Definitely recommend and will be back if we visit Dubrovnik again.
The host lady welcomed very warmly, gave us good recommendations and was very attentive in her communication. Apt very clean, fully equipped, good location.
