Location and managing staff.
What could be improved: It appeared that I had booked the room on the top floor, it was a bit of climbing for us senior folks.
Perfect location, right in old town, 2 minute walk from pile gate and no stairs. Rooms were perfect. Staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Hosts Gasper and Dino were fantastic managers . Gasper arranged an airport pick up for three of us, but ended up picking us up himself for some reason! We appreciated that he did not leave stranded at the airport :-).
Nice car, nice ride, friendly conversation, where he explained everything about Dubrovnik along the way was a great start to our trip. He also was extremely responsive before the trip, and even helped me with some travel ideas for another country! Probably the best person I’ve ever dealt with through Booking.com. Kind, caring, funny. Great guy.
Manager Dino took over once we got to the apartment. He was similarly responsive and kind. Told us all about Dubrovnik and gave us tips to enjoy and save some money too!
The apartment location was the best. Right inside the walls, close to everything. Comfortable. Everything worked. We only stayed a couple days, and I wish we were able to stay more.
What could be improved: There are maybe 20 steps to the apartment. Not bad, but no elevator so need to be mobile to stay here.
Great location in the old town, very clean, comfortable and with great facilities. The owners arranged an airport transfer and then met us at the gates to the Old Town, helped with our luggage and gave us a mini history tour as well.

Lovely and quiet, clean and comfortable.
Gasper and Dino were really helpful, and were always helpful, even carried our heavy case up and down the stairs for us. Gasper picked us up from the airport and gave us a lot of information on the history of Dubrovnik, so interesting. The room was a lovley escape from the busy streets.

We enjoyed our stay at Etal immensely. The location was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice decor and attention to detail. The bed was really comfortable, and there was ample closet space. When we visit Dubrovnik again, we will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay. Fantastic location. Room is beautiful with everything you need. It was very luxurious and very comfortable. The host was fantastic - he gave lots of information to help with our trip, he provided me with an EU adapter that I required to plug in my hair items. He went out of his way to be of great help. Thank you. Highly recommend this stay.

The location was superb, right in the centre of old town yet The room was completely sound proofed .
The hosts were super and always there on what's app for any queries. The bed was super comfortable and very large.

Gasper met us and provided a great walk through and information on the area - we really enjoyed this. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the washroom was great. The location is so central and has no stairs to get to the entrance but our unit was on the second floor once inside. Gasper also carried our suitcases up and down for us😊.
We came off a ship before we got here and really enjoyed the place, sleeping late and even having mid day snoozes. Can’t recommend this place enough!
