Great friendly staff, nice clean rooms, and amazing location with a cool view and deck area with seating that gets plenty of sun.
What could be improved: Walking to and from involves quite a few stairs - only a problem for some though
Owners were great, really positive, helpful and welcoming - they even both us a 2l juice. Location is solid, 15 minutes (downhill) to the Old City and 20 minutes (uphill) back. The parking is above the apartment, 20-30 stairs away which is basically nothing compared to the rest of the city. The owner gave us his parking spot! Every recomendation for this place from our side.

What could be improved: The room a bit too small. It would be nice to have more shelves or a table in the room
• Location - in the middle between Old Town and Lapad. Bus stop is 5 mins walk. Bellevue beach within 10 mins reach. Restaurants, bakery, small supermarket nearby.
• Room amenities - Aircon worked great, there was always hot water. Stunning balcony view. Only suggestion for improvement is to add a small wardrobe or drawer for clothes.
• Communication with the host - Nikolina provided helpful info during stay and always responded quickly.
Very clean and central to both old and new towns
The host was so nice and very helpful with advice such as local shops and restaurants. The room was very clean with everything we needed. It was in a great location for both the old town and Lapad. Good internet and the shower was lovely, especially after a long day walking.
What could be improved: Although not a problem for us, some may find all the stairs to the property a problem.

What could be improved: Prepare for lots of stairs (as in all Dubrovnik) - but it’s probably more convenient than the old town if you’re with luggage
Very clean and great facilities. Host was fantastic and dropped us to the airport for an early flight on day of departure. Would recommend and stay again!
Fantastic view from our balcony. The guesthouse is very clean. Nice communal area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. He helped me with my suitcase, which was appreciated.
What could be improved: Top tip from one of the other reviewers, is use the road above the guesthouse for your uber/taxi. Less steps and easier with your bags. A bit more storage in room.
