This duplex was great! 3 bedrooms, a downstairs toilet, and a full bathroom upstairs with the best shower of our trip!
Fully equipped kitchen, ample dining, and living areas with a huge flat screen TV.
Host was excellent. Let us stay beyond checkout time since we were traveling at night. He explained where important places were and suggested tours
What could be improved: Dubrovnik is a hilly city, and stairs are everywhere. This duplex was not the exception. But, Ivan, our host, was kind enough to help us carry the luggage up the stairs at arrival and departure.

What could be improved: Es prácticamente imposible aparcar en la zona. Los parkings de pago tienen precios abusivos.
Hay muchas escaleras para acceder al alojamiento. Aún así para unos días merece la pena alojarse aquí.
Molt a prop del centre. L'amfitrió ens va ajudar inclús a fer el pagament del parking ( ja que cal utilitzar un sistema d'enviaments de SMS ), eens va aconsellar amb tot i molt servicial.

We had an excellent stay at Marina's place, everything we needed for a short trip was provided. There was a parking space available, and to go to the old town you cannot really drive unless you pay a lot for parking, but it was about a 20 minute walk to old town from the apartment or a very short uber ride so the location was good for us. The little balcony was really nice for having breakfast on in the mornings and had a lovely view.
Hugely spacious three double bedroom apartment on two levels with a family bathroom and a downstairs WC, all super-clean. Very well equipped kitchen, and Marina and her sister provided a fruit bowl and some cookies on arrival, which was very thoughtful. They were also very helpful with advice on how to get around.
The air con was super efficient and the location was very quiet at night. The balcony looked towards the harbour and beautiful sunsets.
It was close to a couple of bakeries and a supermarket, so easy to self-cater, and a v good pizzeria.
Dubrovnik Old Town was a 15-20 min walk away, and there were also nice restaurants down the hill towards Lapad, along the harbour edge.

What could be improved: Second floor has an air-con on the hallway, but it's effect dissipates due to the large area it would need to cool, so bedrooms (which there are three) can get quite hot during summer time.
