  The terrace was amazing, we spent most of our time there. They were stocked with wine and views for days. The host was very accommodating. The pool is very relaxing. Rooms were spacious. Would definitely reccommend this space.

  For the value of the booking you get high quality comfort of rooms, excellent service and cleanness, good location (not crowded surroundings) and super host. When arriving to property then reality is actually quite better than you expect from pictures. We stayed at Levanat 1 house with very modern interior and large balkony with super view on the sea bay. All rooms separately airconditioned and you can find good balance of temperature. Suggesting to take with breakfast as you are privately served at Levanat restaurant right at rocky cliff. Just 50m descending from house and you will be on small area of platform with ladder where to jump in to sea (very relaxing in the morning). You do not need to think about public or bigger beaches just search nearby small platforms to jump in. Just beneath of the property there is restaurant with good choice of the menu and very good and professional service (with option to serve lunch just to your room or balkony). There is also promenade passing restaurant but it was never noisy (also no music) especially after 23.00 There is also another house (Levanat 2) attached to the property but the privacy is maintained. You have to make short elevator descend to access the private pool with view over the sea. Pool area is with separate shower and number of comfort sunbath beds, all very clean. Old town of Dubrovnik is 15 min and aprox 10€ away by Uber. You can also ask to arrange any taxi pick-up through property host. Tomi, the host of property and his wife Maria were super caring and reachable any moment of time. We are very thankful for the friendly service that helped us to celebrate and memorize one of our very personal moments during the stay!

  Amazing apartment – so comfortable and with the most modern appliances. The views were amazing, the pool was brilliant. The apartment was kept so clean and the hosts Maria and Tomislav were friendly, very responsive and offered lots of advice and suggestions. Breakfast was a delicious added bonus

  The brunch daily was one of our highlights to the day, it was so fresh and service was special getting to eat breakfast overlooking the sea. Family loved the fresh squeezed Orange Juice and nutella pancakes.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing to mention, the parking was at the front door but I would recommend using Uber or Taxi unless driving a lot because parking is difficult in Dubrovnik.

  Just about everything was superb – the location, the apartment itself, the breakfast, the restaurant and the pool area. The equipment was top quality, and the beds very comfortable.
  Maria was very attentive and helpful – apologising profusely that the previous guests had blocked the washing machine pump, but she managed to get it repaired for us.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing lacking was a microwave for heating up drinks etc. The parking area was down a very steep drive which was a little unnerving after the long drive from Split. There is parking up on the roadside but this was reserved for restaurant guests, and involved a climb up from the apartment's elevator.
