We arrived early and contacted the host, he happily came to the apartment at 9.15am, to give us the keys and give an introduction to the flat and the area.
What could be improved: We knew it was a bus ride from the old town of Dubrovnik, but as the bus stop was outside the block it was not an issue, Either a stand for suitcases or a bed protector to allow the case onto the bed without the risk of marking the bed sheets/covers might be a benefit. We did hear other residents in the hallway, but it was not intrusive, other than that everything was excellent, the apartment was great and spacious. we loved the bakery just 50 yards away. When the local marina is completed this area will be great for evening drinks

Very close to the bus stop with buses to the old town, which has a manned counter to ask for bus information and exchange transport passes. The decor was cute and the balcony area does not face out into the street so it felt very secure as a ground floor unit. Appreciated Lupo shuttling us to the airport as well and being so responsive.
What could be improved: Other than the floor heating, there is only one air conditioning unit / heater for the whole apartment, but it was fine for us anyway.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Dubrovnik. Located in a new and well-maintained building, the apartment was spacious and modern, with a fantastic large terrace perfect for relaxing. Being on an elevated ground floor gave it a unique layout and a nice view, while still providing easy access.
One of the most convenient features was the parking spot located on the rooftop, making it simple to park and access the apartment. Additionally, the bus stop was just a minute away, offering a quick and easy ride to the city center.
The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a cozy living space. The host was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Its convenient location, spacious terrace, and excellent amenities made it a fantastic choice!

Good apartment and location if you are traveling with car. About 30min walk from old town but bus was also very easy to use. Apartment was just like described.

Host Tony greeted us for check-in and made us feeling very comfortable. He explained everything very well including parking access and access to the apartment. He is a great person. All in all we were absolutely happy during our stay.
