We loved this place and would happily stay here again. In particular we really appreciated the large balcony with sweeping views across the bay and city. It's a spacious apartment over two floors, upstairs is a quiet bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a luxury bathroom, downstairs is an open plan living room and small galley kitchen as well as a second bathroom and hallway with storage cupboards.
Beach towels were supplied as well as a single cushioned beach mat. The kitchen is well equiped for it's size and includes a coffee machine, large fridge freeezer, dishwasher and cooker. We bought fish at the early morning market in Gruz, which was amazing quality and value.
The location suited us perfectly, we coped with the 313 steps up from the main part of Lapad, and enjoyed being away from the crowds below. Swimming spots are all within easy reach as is the bus into the old town. There's a broad choice of bars and restaurants nearby, catering for all tastes.
What could be improved: It was all good, no complaints.

What Our Guests Say
Ivana met us at the apt to give us the keys and a little tour. She even took the time to help us get acquainted with the area and shared a bunch of recommendations on the map so we felt ready for our visit! The apt is lovely- clean, well-equipped, and with a lovely patio overlooking the sea. Walking distance to the water below but you should be prepared to walk up and down steps to get down to Lapad. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was beautifully maintained and decorated throughout. It had everything we would want for a luxurious treat away. The view from the balcony was stunning. The bed very comfortable. It has everything you need - and more - for a lengthy stay.
What could be improved: The price for the view is the steps! In the heat of the August weather this was, quite frankly, torturous.
Ivana was extremely accommodating and wonderful host. Apartment was lovely , specious with an excellent AC and lovely views .Lots of restaurants , coffee shops and bars nearby , short walk to the beach. ( quite a few stairs to climb on the way back but we didn’t mind it)

Everything, the view was amazing and gorgeous apartment
It was the perfect location for a trip in Dubrovnik. Far from the crowds, but not too far (can get to Dubrovnik old town in 15 minutes Uber ride).
The apartment is really nice equipped and decorated, has amazing views and is 10 minutes walking distance to the Lapad Bay Beach and Lapad Promenade.
What could be improved: We didn’t like the 300+ stairs we needed to climb to get to the apartment, back from Lapad restaurants or beach. However it was great amount of workout for vacation.
Everything! This apartment was beautiful! Much more spacious than the photos look. The view is stunning and it's extremely modern and comfortable. Within walking distance to any immediate needs such as pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants etc. A quick Uber to Old Town the City Walls or bus ride right nearby.
What could be improved: Loved everything, but there are a ton of stairs because it's on the top of the hill, so this can get challenging if you don't know your way around the stairs. The view from the top is totally worth it though.
The apartment was stunning , had everything we needed . Bed was really comfortable . Amazing view from the balcony.
