Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Dubrovnik, but Luxury Apartment N&P actually surprised me – and honestly, that 9.6 rating isn’t just inflated booking site nonsense. The location on Ulica Vatroslava Lisinskog is what really sold me initially. You’re basically in Lapad, which I mean… most tourists rush straight to Old Town and miss this whole area, but locals know it’s where you want to be if you actually want to, you know, breathe a little.
The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish Croatian aunt decided to rent out her best place. Everything’s thoughtfully done without being sterile – there’s this perfect balance where it’s clearly upscale but doesn’t make you afraid to actually use anything. The kitchen’s properly equipped (I’m talking real knives, not those sad hotel butter knives), and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showers that actually has decent pressure. What I loved most though was how quiet it gets at night. Lapad doesn’t have that Old Town chaos where you’re hearing drunk British tourists stumbling over cobblestones at 2 AM, but you’re still close enough that a quick bus ride or even a decent walk gets you there when you want it.
Here’s what nobody tells you about this area – you’re actually walking distance from some of the best beaches that aren’t completely overrun. Lapad Bay is right there, and while tourists are fighting for space at Banje Beach, you can grab a coffee from the local spots nearby and have a much more relaxed morning. The owners clearly get this because they’ve included beach gear and even gave solid recommendations for places that don’t appear in every guidebook. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which… if you’ve driven in Dubrovnik, you know that’s basically a miracle. The whole check-in process was smooth – none of that awkward “meet me at this random corner with no street numbers” situation you sometimes get with apartment rentals. They were responsive on WhatsApp and actually seemed to care that I had a good stay rather than just collecting payment and disappearing. The place stays cool naturally during summer months, which is huge when you’re there in July and everywhere else feels like an oven. I’d definitely come back, and I’m pretty picky about where I stay.

Exceptional Mieszkanie czyste, ładnie i funkcjonalnie urządzone. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżka! i duża wygodna kabina prysznicowa 😀 Do tego Gospodarze udostępniają podziemny parking co gwarantuje chłód w aucie nawet w gorące dni. Wszystko pod ręką - sklep, plaża, port i bary (polecam Shelby Bar&Bites oraz Secret Garden tuż obok). Gospodarze bardzo pomocni i zainteresowani naszym komfortem - wino w lodówce i patera z owocami na dzień dobry - idealny początek pobytu w Dubrovniku 😀 Gorąco polecamy!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, einfach traumhaft Die Wohnung selber und die Ausstattung war für uns mehr als ausreichend.
Supermarkt und Fitnesstudio in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Und mein Highlight der traumhafte Ausblick vom Balkon.
Superb Ev konum olarak Lapad'daki kaliteli yemek mekanlarına, kafelere ve marketlere yakın. Yakınında güzel plajlar var. Yürüme mesafesinde yürüyüş yapmak için güzel sahile sahip. Ev büyüklük ve konfor olarak çok iyi. Modern döşenmiş ve yeniydi. İhtiyaç duyulan tüm malzeme ve ekipman var ve bunlar markalı ve kaliteli .Körfez(deniz) manzarasına sahip balkonu var. Kapalı garajı olması büyük avantaj. Dubrovnik Old Town'a otobüsle ulaşmak isterseniz otobüs durağına yakin. Ayrıca taksi ile de makul fiyatlarla ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Ev sahibi mesajları hızlı dönüş yapıyor, yardımsever ve şehirle ilgili güzel tavsiyeleri var.
What could be improved: Mutfak temizliği biraz daha iyileştirilebilir. Yerler biraz daha iyi silinebilir.
Kapalı garajdan eve cikan asansörün faaliyete alınması artı olabilir. Asansör çalışmadığı icin evin etrafını dolaşmak gerekiyor. Bu da giriş kattaki komşuyu rahatsız ediyor. Giriş kattaki komşu mülkün tamamının kendisine aitmiş gibi bir tavır sergiliyor ve bu tavır şık değil.
Mutfakta kahve makinesi var ancak, kahve kapsülü yok. Hic olmazsa bir içimlik kahve kapsülü konulması ve ayrıca dolaba ikramlık su bırakılması misafir memnuniyeti için daha iyi olabilir.
Good Very friendly host who responded immediately and helped sort out any potential problems. The location was nice and central to many restaurants within walking distance. It was also close to the water.
What could be improved: No hot water in the kitchen
I will be back at this loction. This is a brand new apartment and the location is 1.8 miles from the old town of Dubrovnik, the bus stop is walking distance from the aparment. We chose to walk it and very easy to get to. It worked out perfect to stay in Lapad with great reastaurnats near by, beautiful walking trail along the Adriatic coast lin. Three beaches near by and not as crowded as Dubrovnik.
