  The apartment is beautiful. It is very well equipped. You will find there everything you need to spend nice time. The location is perfect, just right next to the promenade.

  Great location. 4 minutes walk to bus stop to get you to the Old Town. 3 minutes walk to bars & restaurants & supermarket under the apartments. Lapad is a nice quiet location but within easy reach (15 mins by bus) to the busy old town.

  Amazing large modern apartment with a balcony in terrific location. This apartment had bonus extras such as heated floors, large TV, and modern appliances including washing machine and clothes drying rack which visitors need and appreciate .
  The hosts kindly had chocolates & drinks available as a welcome gift which was a lovely surprise.
  The apartment were quiet, clean and well decorated.
  
  What could be improved: There was a minor misunderstanding on how to enter the building and access the apartment, but the manager arrived soon after to assist us.

  Perfect location; just steps from the Promenada Lapad which has restaurants and bars as well as a beautiful view of the Adriatic/Lapad Beach cove.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. Away from the incredible hustle and bustle of the old city, but just an eight minute Uber or taxi ride away. There is free parking underneath this building. And Maro was fantastic in explaining some of the best activities to do in the area. A short walk to the water where you could choose the beach or sunbath and swim along the cliff side. There’s also a little supermarket below the building, which was fantastic for a few basic provisions.

  The apartment was great, so spacious and modern. The balcony was fantastic, and having air con in every room was a blessing! Maro and the cleaning staff (didn’t get the ladies names) were super friendly and so accommodating! The location is perfect, very close to the Lapad promenade and sunset beach and only a 10 minute (€8) journey to Old Town. Cannot recommend this accommodation enough, would definitely stay again

  It was a very nice stay near Dubrovnik! The host was amazing, he told us everything about best beaches and places to see. The apartment is well equiped and new. The big terrace was just perfect! There is free underground parking, AC in every room. Everything was perfectly clean. There are very nice beaches close to the aparment. It’s totally worth the money.

  Location is amazing , closer to beach and restaurants than I imagined.
