You’re close enough to the historic center that you can walk there in minutes, but far enough away that you escape the tourist chaos when you want to unwind. I mean, couples are rating the location 9.9 out of 10, and after spending time here, I get it completely. You’ve got authentic Croatian restaurants within a two-minute walk, plus easy access to those stunning coastal views that make Dubrovnik famous. The fact that recent guests consistently rate the location 9.6 tells you everything — this isn’t just marketing speak.
Each apartment here feels more like a high-end residence than a typical hotel room. The apartment and location were perfect for our 3 days in Dubrovnik. Bus directly outside the apartment was a short drive to Oldtown
Maria is a lovely host and made our stay extremely comfortable

Apartment was good size and had all the required minimum amenities. Beds were comfortable and A/C (climate control) was good. Great location only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and a small supermarket. The host was great and was able to provide extra towels. The aparment is a few minutes drive to a beautiful beach popular with the locals which we loved. Outside patio area is beautiful with amazing view of the harbout and the city, perfect for a glass of wine at the end of the day and for the first coffee in the morning.
What could be improved: Not all the photos shown belong to the same apartment. The property has a few apartments and the photos are mixed up. So we were a bit disappointed as indoor photos did not match our apartment.

The apartment was pretty, clean and spacious.
The air conditioning worked effectively which was great during the hot August with heat wave.
The host was friendly and available, and replied to our questions promptly and fast.
Bus stop was very near, appr. 50 meters away.
What could be improved: There is actually nothing to say here. We liked everything.
If I must mention something, then the fact that Dubrovnik is quite an expensive city; the same level than Nordic countries. And very minor thing of the apartment: TV had only satellite channels in German available. So no possibility to look at local Croatian TV channels which would have been interesting. But hey, really, nobody would like to spend time in watching TV on vacation in a beautiful city like Dubrovnik!
The property was fabulous, the host was amazing, the location was perfect, I was a small bit concerned about being far from dubrovnik but it was nice to be outside of the main attraction and Lapad is a great location for boat tours eating out myself and my family had the most amazing holiday !
What could be improved: The property was very comfortable, As someone with a problematic back the bed in the master bedroom was brilliant the only small downfall was the WiFi but that didn’t bother us much as it was manageable.

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The location is perfect, close to two beaches: Copacabana and Sunset. Copacabana offers an amazing view of the sunset, and the Sunset beach (as the name suggests) must be beautiful as well. The studio was impeccably clean, and the terrace provided a wonderful view of the beach, whether from the room or the terrace itself. Even though we didn't use the stunning pool due to it being reserved for other rooms (😰), it didn't diminish our experience at all.
Furthermore, the bus station just steps away from the house was extremely convenient, taking us to the old city in less than 15 minutes. And let's not forget Maria, our fantastic host, who was incredibly friendly? She generously offered us beds and bread upon our arrival, even though we declined the offer as supermarkets were still open and close to the house. Thank you, Maria, for this unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back
