Here’s what I love about the location on Gornji Kono — you’re close enough to Old Town that you can easily walk there, but far enough away that you actually get some peace at night. The free private parking is genuinely a game-changer if you’re driving (and trust me, parking in Dubrovnik can be a nightmare otherwise). Couples seem to particularly appreciate this spot, which makes sense because you get those romantic hillside views without the constant crowds. I mean, you can actually have a conversation on your balcony without shouting over tour groups.
The rooms here are what I’d call thoughtfully designed rather than flashy. Everything feels high-end but not stuffy — you know what I mean? The suites have proper living areas that don’t feel cramped, and the kitchenettes are actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the local market. The bathrooms are spacious with good water pressure, which honestly matters more than people think after a long day exploring the city walls. What could be improved: The location was kind of remote but nothing that should put you off and it was kindy pricy but that was a general think in Dubrovnik.
Very clean and modern apartment, Nikolina was always available to ask for recommendations. 20 minute walk to old town and easy to find.

The place is very spacious and comfortable. All furniture and appliances brand new. Everything was spotless clean. Within reasonable walking distance (ca. 1 km) to the old town. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This apartment was beautiful and clean. The host was very helpful and welcoming. She even check in with us to ensure everything was going well. The apartment had everything and more to make our stay comfortable and it was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. She even allowed us to keep our car in the parking area so we could explore the old town some more after check out. If I am ever in the area will definitely book here again.

Quiet area. Spacious, clean apartment. Great facilities including toaster/microwave/kettle (which some other apartments lack). 2 large double patio doors from main lounge with reasonable view, and side outside eating area.
What could be improved: Not really a negative just to note that its significantly uphill from old town. Good for walking to old town (20 minutes downhill). You likely want to use infrequent public transport or taxis to travel back (8-10 Euros by Uber). But worth it for the great apartment.
It was clean and comfortable. AC and hot water worked. The view was nice.
What could be improved: This apartment is situated on top of the hills. So we were walking up and down the stairs whenever we went out. While it didn’t bother us much, I wouldn’t recommend it to people with babies in their strollers or people in wheelchairs.
