  Karla was a fantastic host, with great communication throughout. I arrived early and she was happy to meet me and allow me to check in earlier than 3pm which was appreciated. The apartment is bright and airy (air con is fantastic) and in a great location! Close to bars, restaurants, beaches, beach bars and the supermarket in lapad and only 6/7 euro in an Uber to the old town which takes about 10 minutes. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. Perfect for one person or a couple! Thanks Karla 🙂

  The apartment is modern and very clean with everything you need for your stay. It is easy to get into the old town by bus and is near the Copacabana and another beach.
  
  What could be improved: It might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs.

  Everything was lovely. Karla was a great host and place was well equipped, stocked and having a parking space really makes all the difference in Dubrovnik.

  What could be improved: Due to the apartment being on the 3rd floor in the attic, there was very little light coming in, and you can't really open the window because there are other people's terraces right there in front of you, so the view is non existent.

  The pictures are accurate. The host was very responsive and helpful with tips about Dubrovnik as well as any questions we had. Loved that we got to do some laundry ina good machine (it took us a bit to figure out how to operate it tbough). The best pillows we have had in weeks of rentals. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice treats like a bottle of wine and chocolates to greet us.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing to consider is that the unit we had is on the top floor and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The place is worth the effort but if you have mobility challenges that is something to think about. One more thing to consider is if you have a lot of luggage there is not really room in the sleeping loft for it. However, this was not an issue for us and we really liked staying here.
