You know what really struck me though? The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense of calm that you don’t get at most places in Dubrovnik, especially during the summer madness.
The apartments themselves are genuinely well-thought-out – I mean, someone clearly designed these with actual travelers in mind, not just Instagram photos. The kitchen setup is proper functional (not just for show), and the air conditioning actually works, which… trust me, you’ll appreciate in July when it’s 35 degrees outside and half the city is melting. What I found refreshing is how they’ve managed to keep things modern without losing that Croatian charm – there’s local artwork on the walls, and the balcony views give you glimpses of terracotta rooftops that remind you exactly where you are. The beds are comfortable too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong.
Location-wise, this is where Prestige 7 really shines, though you might not realize it immediately. You’re about a 10-minute walk from Pile Gate – close enough that you’re not schlepping your luggage across the city, but far enough that you escape the cruise ship crowds and those street performers who start up at 7 AM. The neighborhood itself is actually where locals live, so you’ll find proper cafés and a small grocery store nearby instead of just tourist traps. Parking can be tricky around here (it’s Dubrovnik, after all), but the staff knows the area well and can point you toward the best spots. I particularly loved that you can walk to the cable car station in about 15 minutes if you want those panoramic views, or head the other direction toward Lapad for a more relaxed beach scene. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be fancy or over-the-top, just really, really good at what it does. Perfect for people who want to experience Dubrovnik without feeling like they’re living in a theme park.

Exceptional A really well lifted out property. Comfy beds, all utensils, 20 min walk to the old town or €6 in an Uber to pretty much go anywhere locally. Airport was €23 in Uber, double in a taxi!

Exceptional We lived for 2 nights in this apartment. It's a modern apartment equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine, rooms are spacious and clean, beds are large and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpful, she prepared gift honey, which is really nice. Car parking is very convenient, we park our car for two days for free.
What could be improved: almost nothing, I will recommend this apartment to my friends. one small tip for them is that DONOT take the bus in Dubrovnik. There is a bus stop just 1min walk away from the apartment, but the bus went around for about 30mins to the town while it takes normally 15min by walk. And even once the bus didn't stop at all for each stop and reach to the terminal directly. Most bus drivers dont speak English and very rude.

Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment which was perfect for the last leg of our trip. Spacious, clean, well-equipped, AC, lovely shower, great bed in main bedroom, excellent pillows, free parking, good instructions to get into building, responsive, helpful host, good tips for dining.

Spacious apartment with garage to park your car Just 15 minutes walking from the entrance of the Old Town. The apartment was clean, spacious and super cozy! Ideal for families and friends. Having its own parking garage helped us a lot as the public parking is very expensive in Dubrovnik.

We hope to be able to come again and stay for little longer We enjoyed the location of the apartment and the secure parking in the garage. We also loved how clean everything is and all the convenience amenities nearby such as coffee place, bakery, grocery store. Balcony is also a great feature.
