  Attentive host, most excellent location near Stari Grad, very clean. There were some stairs to the second floor room but manageable. Fewer stairs in Pile location than other parts of the old town so comfortable. Excellent restaurants and konobas nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  Brilliant location. Clean. Modern – recently refurbished. Very good air con. Nice cool shared outside space. Very near to bars, restaurants and beach/small harbour.

  Room Odin is a little gem. V centrally located just outside Pile Gate, quiet, clean, cool, great to get a refreshing nights sleep and then as a base to explore Dubrovnik during the day

  The property was clean and ready when I arrived. The location of the apartment is nice, just outside Pile gate. Also, also the air conditioning worked nicely
  
  What could be improved: Although the location was nice, it seemed to be above/right next to a restaurant. Don’t know if that was why, but there was banging and dragging of furniture between 10 and 11:30 every night I was
  there, making it hard to go to sleep. Also, the owner neglected to tell me that the washer in the apartment did not work. I was then advised that a worker would be coming in to fix it on day 2 of 3. The owner did not advise me after the workmen left that he was unable to fix it until I contacted them saying it wasn’t working. At that point, they told me they were ordering and it would not work for the rest of the week.
