Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Studio Apartment Feather on Kliševska, I wasn’t expecting much. The street’s pretty quiet and residential, tucked away from the main tourist drag, which actually turned out to be one of its biggest selling points. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk from Pile Gate (the main entrance to Old Town), but far enough away that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling back at 2 AM.

The apartment itself is… well, it’s exactly what it says on the tin – a studio that’s been thoughtfully put together. What struck me right away was how they’ve managed to make the space feel bigger than it actually is, probably because of the way the light hits those windows in the afternoon. The bed’s comfortable enough (I mean, I’ve definitely slept on worse in Croatia), and there’s this little kitchenette situation that’s actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the Konzum down the street instead of eating out every meal. You know what I really appreciated? The shower had proper water pressure – sounds silly, but you’d be surprised how many places in Dubrovnik’s old buildings struggle with that.

The location’s the real win here though. Sure, you’re not right in the thick of things, but honestly, that’s a blessing during peak season when the Old Town becomes a bit of a zoo. From Kliševska, you can either walk down toward the city walls or – and this is something most tourists miss – head up toward Srđ Hill if you’re feeling ambitious. There’s decent parking nearby (well, as decent as parking gets in Dubrovnik), and you’re close enough to the bus routes that getting to Lapad or the beaches isn’t a hassle. The neighborhood has that lived-in Croatian feel where you’ll see locals hanging laundry and chatting in doorways, which I found way more charming than staying in some sterile hotel zone. Only minor gripe? The Wi-Fi got a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone was probably streaming Netflix, but nothing that ruined the trip. For a 4-star place with solid ratings, Studio Apartment Feather delivers exactly what it promises – a clean, comfortable base that lets you experience Dubrovnik without feeling like you’re living in a tourist bubble.

  We really enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik. Our apatment was nice spacious and clean. The two ladies we were in communication with throughout our stay were great, very prompt with answering the phone if we had any questions. Also they were great with recommendations for near by reastaurants and beaches. All around pleasant staff and comfortable apartment, highly recommended.

  Asunto oli tilava ja moderni. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Asunto on rauhallisella alueella ja hiljainen. Dubrovnik ja Lapadin alue ovat kauniit.
  
  What could be improved: Eteisessä ja kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut erillistä ilmastointia, joten ne olivat kuumat ja kosteat. Varusteisiin saisi kuulua leivänpaahdin ja pullonavaaja.
  Sijainti mäen päällä vaatii auton tai hyvät jalat. Pääkadulta on kiivettävä noin 300 porrasta päästäksesi asunnolle.
  Dubrovnikin hintataso on todella korkea!

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko morza i atrakcji. Ogromnym plusem była klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Ogólnie apartament bardzo czysty i nowoczesny. Kontakt z gospodarzem rewelacyjny. Gorąco polecamy!

  Die Wohnung war sehr groß und mit 2 Duschen und 2 Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. Es ist ein großer aktueller Smart-TV vorhanden.
  
  What could be improved: Der Wohnung sieht man an gewissen Stellen schon die Abnutzung an und das zeigt dass die Bilder in Booking wohl schon sehr alt sind. Sofakissen kaputt, Steckdose nicht richtig in der Wand und richtig sauber war es auch nicht. Wir haben nach der Ankunft erstmal die Toilette geputzt, zudem hat die Deckenleuchte in der Küche nicht funktioniert.
