  Everything, from the grocery stores, to the spa, the pools, the restaurant… I was in Croatia for the birthday and I was elated I chose to stay here. The hospitality was unmatched and the staff were impeccable.

  The setting is quite beautiful, with direct sea view. The hotel amenities are great, rooms are really comfortable. Dubrovnik only a short Uber rise away. Food was good at the restaurants we tried.
  
  What could be improved: I am not a huge fan of these gigantic hotels, feels quite impersonnal. Was fine this time around as very early season, so no one around, but it's probably another story during peak time.

  Amazing complex with beautiful architecture. Breakfast was pretty good, with big variety of food. Since it was May, water in the pools was cold and we couldnt use it. Furthermore, in comparison to the size of the hotel complex I found pools little bit small, but clean. The beach was nice, mainly rocky, but with clean water. The stuff was really good and helpful. I loved the spa area. We rented residence, which is separate from the main building. We loved our apartment. It was really big with spacious balcony area an amazing sea view. The only issue we faced was that it was above the restaurant and during the night when restaurant was operating, we could smell the food in the rooms.
  
  What could be improved: The beach area and the pools are really small in comparison to the hotel complex size. Also, the restaurant area where we had breakfast could be little bit bigger.

  Where shall I start?
  I travelled with my family. During our stay it was my wife's birthday.
  Upon our arrival we were informed that our room was upgraded without any additional charge to a 2-Bedroom Residence Seaview. It was amazing and very spacious.
  We used many of the facility options that we had such as the Spa, the gym, the basketball court, the ping pong, the gaming area. We also did a massage with Nisarat which was great.
  In addition to further impress our stay, in the morning of my wife's birthday we found a letter from the hotel wishing her happy birthday and a cake was waiting us in the fridge. This saved me a lot of time and search as in Dubrovnik I could find only places that sell gelato.
  Last but not least, we requested a late checkout which was granted by the hotel.
  The hotels' staff was very polite and helped us elevate our experience throughout our stay.
  Thank you Sun Gardens, we will return in the future.
