Tilava ja valoisa huoneisto, täydellisen sopiva meidän porukan (4 aikuista ja 2 lasta) tarpeisiin. Sijainti rauhallinen, huoneiston varustelutaso on todella hyvä, kaikki tarvittava ja vähän enemmänkin löytyi. Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa oli sujuvaa ja kaikkiin kysymyksiin sai nopeasti vastaukset.

The space is cozy designed, gives you at home feeling. It’s spacious and has everything you need. It’s only 8€ with an uber into old town ! But there also quit a view restaurants walking distance.
What could be improved: You can’t really use the big rain water shower in the big bathtub without flooding the bathroom(+ sometimes the hot water didn’t work there, even though we kept the switch on), but gladly there is a second shower.

La mejor decisión fue alquilar este espectacular apartamento. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Es enorme, las habitaciones son muy amplias y con mucho espacio para guardar el equipaje. No le falta ningún detalle en toda la vivienda, incluso los dulces y bebida gentileza de los propietarios. Éramos cinco personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca tiene paradas de autobús e incluso se puede llegar andando hacia el centro del casco antiguo o del puerto de Gruz. María fue muy agradable y servicial en todo momento y todos los traslados y excursiones que le contratamos fueron un acierto y a precios más que razonables.

Everything about the house was good; it was clean and well-equipped. It didn’t have the best location, but it wasn’t bad either. My three fellow travelers and I didn’t have any major issues, but the address listed on booking.com was incorrect. After several drivers dropped us off at various locations based on that address, I had to find the correct one myself using Google Map. However, Maria, the woman in charge of managing the house, refused to acknowledge until the last day that the address on the website was wrong. Because of the time wasted due to the incorrect address, I requested a late check-out from Maria, but she refused, and we were forced to leave the house by 10 a.m. I am very grateful to the kind and generous homeowner for the way she treated us on the last day, even though she didn’t speak any English.

Fabulous apartment in a quiet residential area close to the new marina and a 25 min walk to old town. Exceptionally clean, spacious with all the comforts of being at home. Friendly and helpful host Maria. Each room has air con which made the property lovely and cool after long hot days out. Kitchen is well equipped and basics like tea and coffee are supplied. Even a bottle of wine on arrival!
What could be improved: Nothing. The only thing to mention is the walk to the old town is quite long and the property is on a hill so the walk back is quite hard. Take the scenic route by the coast though. Taxis are available but be careful as some are very expensive!
Clean, spacious and location
Great apartment - very spacious, well-stocked kitchen, nice bbq area and the outside balcony is very nice. Good location, about 30 minutes from the old town by walk or less than 10 minutes by taxi. Had a great stay!
