The building sits on Lopudska street in a residential area that feels authentically Dubrovnik β you know, away from the tourist crowds but still close enough to everything that matters. What struck me first was how the apartment manages to feel both homey and upscale at the same time, which honestly isn’t easy to pull off in a vacation rental.
Location & Getting Around
The location is actually brilliant if you think about it β recent guests scored it an 8.4, and I can see why. You’re in a proper neighborhood where locals live, which means real bakeries and small shops within walking distance. The Old Town is close enough that you can stroll there without breaking a sweat, but far enough that you escape the cruise ship chaos when you come home. Plus, there’s free parking on site, which anyone who’s tried to park in Dubrovnik will tell you is worth its weight in gold.
The Space & That View
The two-bedroom setup works perfectly for couples who want space to spread out β I mean, having a separate bedroom and living area makes such a difference when you’re staying more than a few nights. But honestly, the real star here is that sea view from the balcony. You can actually see the Adriatic stretching out toward the islands, and in the evening light, it’s pretty spectacular.
