Here’s what I love about Villa Aura’s spot in Dubrovnik — you’re close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the cruise ship crowds that descend on the Old Town daily. The walk to the historic center takes maybe 10-15 minutes, which actually works in your favor because you get to see how locals live beyond the tourist bubble. Couples especially seem to get this (they’ve rated the location 9.5), probably because there’s something romantic about having your own quiet corner while still being able to wander the ancient walls whenever you want.

The room was very clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. The bus stop is conveniently located just a short walk away. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us locate our lost luggage, which made us feel truly at ease. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay!
We had good communication with Tea and clear instructions on how to reach the parking lot. She personally came to meet us, give the keys and provide more explanation and tips for our stay in Dubrovnik. Everything in the appartment was clean and neat, it was a good location with plenty facilities nearby and easy bus connections to the Old Town.
We very much enjoyed our stay and are very thankful of Tea's hospitality.

Good location, very friendly and helpful host, clean, efficient cooling in the room, cozy atmosphere.
What could be improved: Another sheet would have been nice as a default, water pressure in the shower was not enough for a long-haired.

Room was lovely and so clean. It’s a 2 minute stroll to the port where there are 3-4 restaurants.
What could be improved: 2-3 terraces to lie out on but only 2 Sun beds beside the pool.
The host Tea was lovely. She took time to welcome us properly and give us recommendations for our stay. The room was clean, modern and well-equipped. The outside of the villa with the pool was very pleasant to relax in.
Very clean, spacious apartment with lovely outdoor area to relax. We loved the pool! Our host was so welcoming and kind with plenty of recommendations to help us scout the local area. Excellent location - 5 minute taxi to Old Town but quieter which was nice.
What could be improved: Nothing!
Location was perfect, near places to eat and villa owner Tea went above and beyond and saved us on our final day by finding us a taxi when we got stranded without access to a taxi or a way back!
What could be improved: Pool was closed when we went, but only a problem in out of season months, absolutely no issues if you’re planning on the summer and only a very minor issue either way.

Our best stay in Croatia. The apartment was very clean, new, well furnished, great location and the included parking spot is an absolute game changer for this city. The host is amazing, communication is great and very responsive / helpful. This is the spot to book in Dubrovnik !
