Everything was perfect. The villa is beautiful and was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is amazing! Restaurants and bars nearby, and 10 minute Uber to Old Town. The thoughtful touches were really lovely, bread, fruit, jams, etc. Jadranka and staff were so welcoming and friendly. Cannot recommend this villa enough if you’re staying in Croatia and want to explore Dubrovnik!

We were originally meant to be staying inside the Old Town but changed to Villa Boban a few weeks before we arrived in Dubrovnik and were so glad we did. The location is a lot more quiet, and it's only a short walk to an awesome beach. You get an incredible panoramic view of the same beach and the sea from the large balcony, which is just beautiful to watch the sunset from each evening. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (just be prepared to walk up and down a few sets of stairs if you don't catch a taxi/uber). The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for cooking (stove top, oven, microwave, utensils, pots and pans, ample benchtop space). The washing machine was also such a blessing after coming off a week long cruise, with plenty of washing pods supplied. The bed and couch were so comfortable, the bath + shower were amazing and it was great having a separate toilet. Everything was very clean upon arrival, and the host replaced our linen and cleaned the apartment halfway through the week. We used the pool a couple of times which you share with the other 2 rooms on the property, but there is plenty of space in the sun for everyone with more than enough deck chairs to relax on.
Jadranka is a fabulous host who was very polite, responsive, and accommodating with any requests we had. We truly had an amazing week here and would come back in a heartbeat.
What could be improved: The only thing I can think of is that the cooking knives were blunt, but that's just nitpicking and didn't take away from the fact it was amazing.
The views and the apartment was extremely clean and well stocked.

The apartment was lovely and in a fantastic location with stunning views. It had everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The host was excellent, very helpful, very quick to respond and provided lots of useful information on the area.

We stayed in the apartment called “Romantic” which really was perfect.
The entire stay couldn’t be faulted the host was extremely friendly and the apartment was kept very clean throughout our stay.
The bed was comfy and the apartment had beautiful views looking over the bay.
The pool area was cleaned morning and night and the gardens were kept beautifully tidy.
It is clear that the owners pride themselves in keeping a lovely place for all their guests.
It was a lovely touch to have been given a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge along with beers, bread, butter, jam & coffee!
We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful accommodation, very highly recommended. In a lovely part of town and with lovely hosts. As with everywhere in Dubrovnik there are steps but we loved our stay here .
