Amazing space and view for our family of 4 adults. Location was perfect, 10 min walk to Old Town and close to the beach. The terrace was huge and we enjoyed morning coffee each day! We used parking on the property as well which was very helpful since we drove from Split. Would highly recommend!

First Impressions Walking up to Villa Casa Bianca for the first time, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect from this four-star property tucked away on Frana Supila street.
First Impressions
Walking up to Villa Casa Bianca for the first time, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this four-star property tucked away on Frana Supila street. But you know what? Sometimes the best discoveries in Dubrovnik are the ones that don’t scream for attention. This villa has that understated elegance thing down perfectly — it’s like finding a well-kept secret that locals would rather not share with everyone.
The Ploce Advantage
Here’s something most tourists don’t realize: Ploce is actually where you want to be if you’re serious about experiencing Dubrovnik properly. I mean, you’re literally a ten-minute stroll from the Old Town walls, but without the constant buzz of cruise ship crowds right outside your window. The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering — and trust me, if you’ve ever tried to find a spot near the city center during peak season, you’ll understand why that matters. The location score of 9.9 isn’t just marketing fluff; couples genuinely love this area because it strikes that perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility.
Your Home Base
The room I stayed in had this lovely mix of traditional Croatian touches and modern comfort that didn’t feel forced or overly themed. What really impressed me was the attention to detail — proper blackout curtains (essential for those summer sunrises), decent water pressure, and air conditioning that actually works when you need it most. The views vary depending on which room you get, but even the garden-facing ones have this peaceful quality that makes you want to linger over morning coffee.
Exploring from Here
One thing I particularly appreciated was how easy it became to slip into a more local rhythm. There’s a small grocery store just down the street where you can grab essentials, and the walk into town takes you through some genuinely charming residential areas that most visitors never see. You’ll pass locals heading to work, kids playing in small parks — it’s that authentic slice of Croatian life that you can’t really get when you’re staying right in the tourist epicenter. Plus, coming home after a long day of sightseeing feels like retreating to your own private corner of the city.
Why Guests Love It
The 9.3 rating really reflects what this place does well — it’s not trying to be the flashiest option in Dubrovnik, but it nails the fundamentals that matter most to travelers. The staff genuinely seems to care about your experience, the location gives you the best of both worlds, and there’s something refreshing about a property that focuses on comfort over Instagram-worthy amenities. Honestly, if you’re the type of traveler who values a good night’s sleep, easy access to everything important, and a base that feels more like a home than a hotel lobby, Villa Casa Bianca delivers exactly that.
Apartments in Dubrovnik suit long stays with vaulted ceilings, Adriatic breezes, and kitchens stocked from Gundulic Market.

What Our Guests Say
The apartment is spacious, all white, all new, v clean.
What could be improved: Everything was great!
The location was great as it is situated away from the crowds of old town but is a quick 10-minute walk and there is a beach nearby. The unit itself was very spacious, comfortable, with modern finishes and the quality of construction is good. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and there were plenty of coffee pods as well as milk, juice, and water. Parking was easy and convenient and the home was very quite from the minimal outside noise.
The host, Matea, was extremely nice, professional, helpful, and accommodating.
What could be improved: The bed was very hard and could use a pillow-top but other than that, the apartment was perfect.
We loved our host Matea. She was so warm and welcoming. AND helpful in EVERY way. Sh could be reached at all times. The parking was most convenient and safe. The view was spectacular. The apartment had EVERYTHING you could possibly want. Plus it was huge and spotless. Cleaning woman was outstanding!!
And the location was FANTASTIC!! Not even a 10 minute walk to the old town.
What could be improved: Absolutely nothing!!!
nice, new, modern place.
What could be improved: new style floor ac units were noisy when on medium or high. there is major construction going on on a hotel rebuild within 100 meters, and lasted to as late as 8 PM. it was the jack hammering the old building that was noisy. no English tv stations while I was there.
Our apartment in Villa Casa Bianca was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The view from the terrace was amazing!
It's within working distance of beautiful old town.
The check-in and check-out process was very simple.
Highly recommend.
What could be improved: We liked everything
Great location, spacious, clean , modern, great views, attentive staff
What could be improved: It was great, no complaints
The view, location and the property itself.
What could be improved: There is a big construction site right in front of the property. So it can get really noisy at times. Nothing to do about it.
Fabulous apartment in fantastic location!
