They actually have parking right on site β which anyone who’s driven through Dubrovnik’s narrow medieval streets will tell you is worth its weight in gold.
Here’s the thing about the location β it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which might sound far but is actually perfect. You’re close enough to easily wander over for dinner or sightseeing, but far enough away that you escape the cruise ship crowds and those ridiculously inflated Old Town prices. The neighborhood feels genuinely residential, with local cafes and a small market nearby where I grabbed fresh pastries most mornings. My room β well, apartment really β was spacious in a way that surprised me. The kitchen came fully equipped, which saved me a fortune since I could make simple meals instead of eating out for every single meal. The combination of space, location, and that free parking (seriously, this cannot be overstated) makes it particularly appealing for couples who want to explore at their own pace. The apartment was very nice and clean. Felt homely. Had everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful lady, patiently explained how to get where. The beach is walking distance. The bus stop is approximately 5 mins away (bus 6) which takes you straight to town centre. Absolutely would recommend this apartment.
What could be improved: Nothing.

Beautiful location, near Copacabana beach and other relevant beaches in Babilonia Kuk-Lapad area. The host was very helpful and kind. Thank you very much, we will came back in this apartment maybe for the next trip in Dubrovnik!

The family and I had a lovely stay here. Maria was professional and lovely when she welcomed us upon arrival. She also took her time to tell us about the local attractions and offered recommendations on where to eat. I would go as far to say the apartment looks and feels even better in person. Everything was super clean and organised. The highlight was having Copacabana beach just 5 mins away - we walked down to see the sunset every night.

Host couldn't of been any nicer or more helpful and after an early check out time she arranged our luggage to be watched till we had to leave for the airport
