  The apartment was beautifully clean and we loved the balconies. Ivan gave us great instructions beforehand and it was really easy to get around Lapad.

  Very clean and sunny. Loved that Sunset beach and restaurants were barely a 10 minute walk.
  
  What could be improved: Lots of stairs, so not great for anyone with mobility issues. Also, the roof awnings really cut into the top floor bedrooms, so just be aware that there may be some head bumoing. And one bathroom has a sitting only bathrib with a handheld shower sprayer, not a regular stand up shower.

  Super location, 2 minute walk to hyper market,4 minute walk to beach, right beside bus stop..spotlessly clean, 3 big bedrooms with plenty of space for us and our two teenagers. Loved it

  Very spacious, well laid out, great location with access to local transport, restaurants and supermarket. Fruit juice, biscuits and fruit there for us on arrival. Airport transfer was a bonus. Lovely host who was very helpful with information on the area. Would highly recommend this apartment.

  Ivan the host is brilliant. The duplex was perfect for our needs.The teenage children had their own living space upstairs with balconies and a big TV. Perfect holiday for kids of their age or a mixed group.Spacious and really well equipped. Cannot fault Ivan he helped us book taxis and was on site to meet and greet us. Such a great welcome. We will be back.

  Fantastic apartment, 2 floors with 3 bedrooms. All amenities available, good airconditioning in summer 🙂 Owner was very nice and gave restaurant tip too. Very good location close to beach and restaurants and old town easy reachable with taxi’s
