She’s got that no-nonsense Croatian hospitality thing down, where she’s not going to chat your ear off but she’ll make sure you know where to find the good fish market and which bus to take to Lokrum.

The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be a boutique hotel, but everything works the way it should.
