Amazing apartment! Friendly and accommodating host, very well stocked kitchen, detergent pods for dishwasher and washing machines, warm floor in the bathroom, blackout curtains, great location and free parking! Will definitely stay here again!
It was the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in! It has got everything and even more. Just amazing ☺️
The location was also great, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to a big supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the promenade.
We took airport transfer and had a lovely chat with Goran who drove us from Airport to Hotel Almaris.The locals we met along where all very nice.
Our host Mateo was so accommodating and very friendly, gave us excellent ideas where we can possibly go for our 3 days holidays in Dubrovnik, he also gave us value for money tips where to dine etc, very much appreciate the kindness.
Location of the apartment was great , near to shops and restaurants, Lapad beaches, bus transport to Old Town.Apartment itself is well kept,big room spaces, very clean and tidy, new furnishings. For me it was value for money.
We enjoyed Old Town Dubrovnik, Sunset Beach in Lapad,we took Panoramic view via cable car and Alaphiti 3 Island tour.Great experience.
Overall , myself ,my husband and my son enjoyed our stay very much in Dubrovnik.

The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need. It was a 5 minute walk to a great supermarket, 15 minute walk to Sunset Beach and restaurants. We were supplied with plenty of towels and spare bedclothes as we were there for 10 days. There is a washing machine in the apartment so we were able to wash some clothes using the quick wash (15 minutes). Our host Mateo met us on arrival (late in the evening) and showed us around the apartment and local area. The Apartment is on the ground floor of a block and is in a quiet area. of Lapad. He was available by WhatsApp when we had any queries. Mateo also arranged 2 trips and we were picked up at bus stop beside our apartment. The number 4 bus takes you to the Old Town (Pile Entrance) or it is a lovely walk there which takes about 40 minutes. The Marina is also within walking distance and is a lovely area to sit and people watch and see the big Cruise ships.
What could be improved: Some people might like a second set of keys in case they go out separately at times. I’m. It sure if that option is available.
My partner went out to shop and didn’t take his phone. He came round back and shouted up. Luckily I heard him as window in patio area was open
Great apartment with everything that you might need. Very close to nice beach and restaurants.
What could be improved: The pillows could be a bit softer. They were very hard.
Close to amenities and local buses. Good restaurants close by. Quiet location. Very attentive staff if any queries.
What could be improved: Needed to take out Netflix subscription for English speaking programmes.
One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Had everything you could need (coffee machine, iron, kettle, large TVs, excellent air conditioning, condiments etc). Excellent pressure in the shower with lots of hot water. Was in a lovely location and very easy to access old town via bus or taxi and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

It is near the center and the beach is 10 min wok. Big supermarket is also nearby. Apartment is big, clean, well equipment- there is all you need - washing mashine, dishwaser , condicioner and etc. owner is very helpful

Mateo was an excellent host who gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and dining in Dubrovnik. The location in lapad peninsula was very convenient: a ten minute walk to beach bars, and half an hour walk (or a short bus journey) to the old town. The flat felt brand new. Would definitely recommend.
