  Amazing views of Old Dubrovnik. Lovely apartment, clean. Host greeted us on arrival, available for any questions.
  Laundry facilities with supplies.

  This apartment is unbelievable with the most stunning views. Everything was well equipped, bedding configuration is great for a group or family & it was pristine clean.
  Our host Iris was beautiful with prompt responses & very attentive to our needs when required.
  
  What could be improved: Access to the property with a car was tricky but not an issue for us as we only dropped off our luggage & returned the rental car immediately. Iris arranged a driver to take us to the airport which was much simpler.

  Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect. Waking up to this view and watching the sun set over the Old Town was priceless. Yes, there's a million steps to get up to the appartment but Dubrovnik is full of a million steps. If you don't like steps, find another location, if you don't mind them, this appartment is perfect!

  The view was amazing! Iris was amazing to deal and organised a pick up from the airport for us, and would have to be the cleanest apartment we have stayed in with the best shower of our trip so far. Kitchen had everything we needed and Iris provided so much helpful info for exploring. I would happily stay again and recommend to family and friends

  The apartment is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea and the entire Old Town of Dubrovnik. It is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. Our apartment had a large balcony with comfortable seating, three small bedrooms, a spacious living room and a dining area. It was fully furnished, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Also the owner Iris was helpful in everything and always gave us good advice. We were really very satisfied!
  
  What could be improved: This housing cannot be recommended to older people or people with mobility problems, because the apartment is located high above the city on a hill, so the way from the city center is quite physically demanding and you have to go up long stairs. On the other hand, it is possible to take a taxi up.
