  A beautiful and spacious apartment in a great location. The beach is only a 7–8 minute walk away. The host is kind and accommodating. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

  Lovely modern apartment in Babin Kuk, close to nice beaches (10-15 min. on foot), quiet neighbourhood, far enough to escape the crowds in Old town, which is still easily accessible (10 min. by bus, bus stop is just 3 min. walk). Restaurants and supermarket also in walking distance. The apartment itself is great – lovely furnished, well equiped (great kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, plenty of coffee, tea, kitchen basics – salt, sugar, oil, etc., tv in every room, comfy beds, good airconditioning, 2 bathrooms, plenty of towels, washing machine and dryer, 2 hairdryers, …), the terrace is amazing – seating and dining area, grill, jacuzzi. We had a perfect stay and our host was very nice and helpful. We also appreciated the option of arranging the ride to/from airport (paid extra service).

  Amazing apartment with all the facilities and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, it was needed as 35 degrees temperatures in the daytime. The apartment is finished to a very high spec and is beautiful, would definitely recommend to all, sleeps 6 people comfortably. The host is great with communication.

  We had great stay at this lovely apartment. It spacious, modern and luxurious inside. Everything is new and the apartment is exceptionally clean. There’s also a fantastic outdoor terrace with cooking/dining area, lounge area, sunbeds and jacuzzi. The location is great, Babin Kuk is a lovely area to walk around and the apartment is close to several beaches and to the marina. There are lots of very good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the apartment and easy access to Dubrovnik Old Town by bus or taxi. Nadina is a very welcoming and helpful host who made sure we really enjoyed our stay here. We very much hope to return.

  The host is very caring and friendly, we order some pizza and burgers from her hubby restaurant, it was delicious. Apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. We all enjoy to stay here.

  Modern, well-equipped apartment located at walking distance of supermarket, bakery, a wide range of restaurants and beachest. Not close to the old town but easily accessible and quiet. Parking lot in the building. The host is very friendly and reactive. We highly recommend.

  What could be improved: This property was a fraud. We booked three nights and when we tried to get in the first night, we hadn’t received any code to get in the building. After calling the opener 6 times we were able to get her on the phone only to be told that we didn’t have the property ready for the first night and that we would not be able to stay there. Although we had already paid When we tried to arrange things the owner took us to a smaller apartment for the first night, something we had not chosen. When we asked for a refund she refused and became aggressive, and blocked us from WhatsApp. And she never wanted to communicate through the booking platform. This is a fraud
  Also, if you expect nice views from the balcony you will be disappointed. The views show people waking on the street and a construction site
